Come on, if she still wants to do "stuff" with you, yet she doesn't want to break up with her current... that's a poisonous fruit right there. You should only eat it when you're already dying. Or in this terms, when you're about to leave the company.

I agree with Bill Burr here. It's a douche move, and the payoff will not compensate for the runoff. Starting crap like this at work is an excellent way to lose your job. When it goes bad (and it surely will), you'll end up with an adversarial stance with this girl at work, and possible be ducking her irate boyfriend. And if you think this might actually go somewhere, a friend of mine had a very wise saying: You lose a girl the same way you get her. If she'll cheat when she's with someone else, she'll cheat when she's with you.

Don't shit where you eat. It's that simple. If you want your work life to be relatively normal and status quo, don't bang the hot chick that's been flirting with you because it never ends well for anyone involved: The office becomes toxic, she spills everything, you get angrier than normal and you both get fired.

it's young guy ego-trip, basically young guys will ask thing like 'i like 2 girls, and they both dig me, what should i do?'.... he's not seeking your help, as much as he is showing you he got 2 girls simulatneously. on all accounts the guy has already decided he gon' smash the girl, he just show-boating his 'prize'... i know this coz i'm in my 20's, but with Patrice O'neal-bill burr wisdom.
