I'm starting this exercise from now on🌝 30 days challenge Day 1✅ = it's a Little hard today , mainly step 13,14 uff I almost tired but it's Okie I will do all and get slim leg Day 2✅= Today was a little easy 13 and 14 steps feels so easy today ,this exercises makes as more stretchable 👍........ Day 3✅= today I seen some changes in my legs .... I'm not gonna give up now I can believe that it is working .....I enjoy doing this exercise and 1 special tip for you all drink 8+ glass water it makes your full body slim ... Okaay, let's go, ladies! 🖤💓 Writing it for myself, but maybe it would be a real motivation for somebody! Calves - 36cm. Height 164. I'm sitting on an intermediate fasting, diet, doing other non-related to calves exercises and run in gym. But my calves are really chubby... Full of fat ahh. So, good luck to everyone! Day 1 - ✅ Day 2 - ✅ -1cm! Day 3 - ✅ no changes Day 4 - ✅ -0.5cm! Day 5 - ✅ no changes Day 6 - ✅ no chances Day 7 - ✅ no changes Results: so, calves were 36, now 34.5cm. As you may see, for everybody it results differently. That's better than nothing Thank you, trainer! Keep doing it, ladies! 🤞

Okay so... (Day 2 informations) Thigh: 50 cm Calf: 35 cm Not sure if I counted it right, I don't know how I actually supposed to, but we'll still see the change at that area of my leg. (I feel like a damn pig now-) (My height is 172 cm and I weight 51 kilos, maybe a bit of help) I haven't got time because of school, so I'll do it once a day, and keep it up at least two weeks. First week: Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ This morning, maybe a pretty little change? Not sure. Day 4: ✅ same as yesterday, maybe looks better from the front. Day 5: ❌ couldn't do it because of school Day 6: ✅ nothing new Day 7: ✅ First week done. Thigh: 48 cm Calf: 32/33 cm Could be more effective with diet and two times a day, but it's still really good. I'm going to do these exercise for a week. I will update it everyday. Day 1 ✅ It was SO painful 😭 succesfully did the whole exercise and I am proud of myself! I will comeback tomorrow. Day 2 ✅ It was less painful than yesterday. Unfortunately no visible changes on my legs but i'm sure there will be some changes in a week. Day 3 ✅ I can see little changes. It is really effective Day 4 ✅ I was more motivated today 💗 I can see visible changes Day 5 ✅ I couldn't do the whole exercise because my wifi was gone. So i tried to do all the exercises i could remember. Day 6 ✅ My wifi is back I did the whole workout Day 7 ✅ I am so happy that i finished the workout for a week. I'm still not satisfied with the results so i will do a week more. At the begining I was 65,6 kg now i am 64,7. I wasn't doing any diets

Hi! I will do this exercise for 1 week. I'll share the results with you!💗 Day 1:✅It's over. It was a bit difficult. The 11th and 12th movements pushed me a lot. I haven't seen any changes yet. I'll share the results with you💗 Day 2:✅ Over. It was like yesterday. But this time I struggled less at 11 and 12. I don't see any changes. This is normal because it's been 2 days since I started this exercise. I won't lose hope😊💖 Day 3:❌I couldn't do that because I was too busy. But I promise to do it other days! 💕💖 Day 4:✅Over. The workout went very well today. I was able to do 11 and 12 easily. I also feel the burns in the right place! And my legs are getting weaker day by day! DON'T FORGET TO DRINK WATER! 😭💖💖 Day 5:✅Over. Today was just like yesterday. I'm never tired! It was a really nice exercise. I also noticed a few changes in my legs. Oh my goodness! This really works!! 😭😭😭 Day 6:✅Over. First day just finished the workout ! Could feel the burn in calves , I will keep updating if it's works ! Those ppl might already be thin and maybe want there legs to be a bit more lean. Idk abiut u but for ppl like me who weigh more should do cardio too bcz losing w8 in one area is not possibly easy for us. I tried many workouts targeting one area and without cardio i couldn't lose the inches.

I'm going to try this for one week! I don't normally comment, but I thought this would be a fun way to log my progress. Start calf : 30cm/12 in. Day 1: ✔ [30cm] Day 2: ✔ [29.5cm] Day 3: ✔ [29.5cm] Day 4: ✔ [29.5cm] Day 5: ✔ [29.5cm] Day 6: ✔ [29.5cm] Day 7: ✔ [29.5cm] RESULTS : Hi guys! I just finished the last day of the week (1/4/22) . I noticed that there wasn't very much change measurement wise. I went down .5 cm. That's still pretty good though! I will say, this exercise helped A LOT with flexibility. On the last day (today) I felt that it was a lot easier to do the stretches and I could touch my toes with less strain! I was really excited to see some progress there! @@Kh_63317 нет не помог , но оно развивает растяжку. Если бы у меня была растяжка лучше , то мне кажется тогда бы я смогла бы сделать движения полностью и с лёгкостью и может быть тогда помогла бы.

I’m gonna be keeping my progress as I do this everyday. I’m trying to eat a little cleaner, so less oily/junk food, sugar, and salt + I will be doing some other light workouts on top of this. Day 1 - ✅ I have come to the realization that I am extremely inflexible so I did a 30 minute flexibility video after this and I’m kind of sore. Will def be feeling it tomorrow Day 2 - ✅ No visible changes but definitely not as hard as yesterday. My flexibility has gotten slightly better but my left leg is still a problem area

I'm going do this for a week to see if I get any results Day 1-✔️don't have much hope but looking at the other comments seems like people have got a result. Day 2-✔️The burn still kills Im not sure if there's any progress but mabye just the tiniest bit but I'll keep trying Day 3-✔️ progress slightly it's gets easier Day 4-✔️ the progress isn't on the outer or inner thigh or more around it but I'll keep trying Lol I didn't see any progress I won't lie so yeah I stopped 😅

My daily exercises Week 1 ✅ (Completed) DAY 1 ✅ (It very challenging for me) DAY 2 ✅ (I can't do it well, because my leg is starting to burn out) DAY 3 ✅ (I do it but I don't make it in the maximal way // but I can see a little change) DAY 4 ✅ (Can't update, because I forgot) DAY 5 ✅ (I do this, and these exercises were easier than before, my leg became more powerful than before... And I can see some changes) DAY 6 ✅ (It is kinda hard to go on without taking breaks, but I can do it because I was doing these exercises for 5 days ago... And again I can see that my leg muscle are a bit harder than before) DAY 7 ✅ (this exercise very worked for me, I can see a change for my calve). Week 2 Day 1 ✅ (I do it again and these exercises became easier, so I do it in a maximal way). Day 2 ✅ (I don't know what's going on but... My leg becomes more flexible than before, this change becomes visible when I do step 10). Day 3 ✅ (I did it in a maximal way) Day 4 ✅ (a lot of change, ican see it because my calves became smaller) Day 5 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day) Day 6 ✅ (like i said before, this work out make my legs became more flexible) Day 7 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day) So.. In conclusion for day 7-day 4 I didn't do it... But I can also tell you guys that this exercise work if you do in the maximal way, then just for 11 days you can lean your calves.

Highly recommend this exercise to anyone trying to loose weight on their legs. The first 3 days I did this I lost a lot of weight, and I know this because my friend saw me the next few days after I did this exercise.i didn't even tell her yet and she was like 'what happened to you?! Doing this for 40 days even tho i’m gonna start school soon! Day 1: ✅ some exercises were hard because of my flexibility but i gave my best 👍 Day 2: ✅ i see a very small change on my legs already! and those hard exercises felt less harder than yesterday and i feel more burn on my legs! Day 3: ✅ i see my legs changed more and i’m proud of myself! I’m not gonna give up and continue because this works!! Day 4: ✅ done, no changes Day 5: ✅ done, still no changes + did belly & thighs exercise from this channel Day 6: ❌ i went swimming that whole day and had to prepare for school :( Day 7 - Day 17 ❌ I couldn’t exercise because of school, and since i started school i’m tired everyday, i’m so sorry, i will continue today as day 7.🫶🏼 Day 7: ✅ done, these exercises didn’t hurt like before Day 8: ✅ done, i see very small changes Day 9: ✅ done, i see small changes again and the muscles of my arms & legs hurt so bad idk why Day 10: ✅ done, no changes Day 11: ✅ done, i see small changes again Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ❌ i forgot😭 Day 14: ❌ i forgot again😭 Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ❌ i was extremely tired

day 1:(febuary 12th 10:02 pm)(left leg 27 inches/64 cm right leg 26 inches/61 inches😭)oh my goodness i broke a sweat 🥵 it felt good tbh. some of it i couldnt do all the way but its ok i tried my best. idk why my legs are uneven but idrc ig 😀 i feel a bit fatigued after the workout but i think im ok. day 2:(febuary 13th 11:40 pm)(left 26 inches/64 cm right 26 inches/61 cm) my god that was a workout 😭 it was rlly hard ngl. i had to do modified version of some of them but its ok its better than nothing. 😀 it feels good after once i get rid of the fatigue. it feels more like a full body workout but that ok. i dont think i measured right but im too lazy to do it again so yeah. 😀 day 3:(febuary 14th 10:42 pm)(left 25 inches/64 cm right 25 inches/62 cm)???bro wow that was a real workout like always. i hope ill get in shape with this. i might do 2 weeks but we'll see ig 😳. i think i measured right this time so the ither measurements i took are completely inaccurate 😭 day 4:(febuary 15th 8:13 pm)(left 24 inches/61 cm right 25 inches/62 cm) my butt is rlly sore and i cant tell if its from this or because i sat on a pencil yesterday and my ass bled 😀 im glad i did it again today. i might only do thia for a week idk lets see. day 5:(febuary 16th 11:05 pm)(left 24 inches/60 cm right 24 inches/61 cm) its hards to believe its already day 5. its getting easier and im no longer fatigued after i do it 😌. my legs have already slimmed down a hit 😳 i haven't actually noticed a difference yet tho. only when i messaure. day 6:(febuary 17th 10:15 pm)(left 25 inches/62 cm right 24 inches/59 cm) my right leg was so close to 23 😳 as you can see ive lost alot of cm off my legs. literally instant results. my left leg has been acting up rlly bad on one of the workouts every single time it kinda feels like im moving something and that rlly scares me so im trying to not try as hard on that specific one. day 7:(febuary 18th 11:17 pm)(left 23/59 cm right 24 inches/61 cm)

Ok gonna do this for one week, along other workout... Actually I have 10 days, and wanna lose atleast little visible weight.. which will obviously motivate me to do this workout more... In these ten days, my first target is to lose some visible weight within or in Abt 7 days. So I could have 3 extra days if it won't work.. I'll update after a week. Or if there will be any change during that time, I'll update that too..✨ Update: It did nothing. Even tho I was too much busy so I didn't worked out regularly

So I'm gonna do this for 1 week straight , and see does this Exercise challenge works off or not . Day 1 ✅ ( As soon I started I got pained but , I was happy to see after 1 week my pain will work out ) Day 2 ✅ ( It gone nice ) Day 3 ✅ It gone nice but while having pain , I think this will take time but under 1 week thus it will be worth it . Day 4 ✅ It gone nice Day 5 ✅ Completed Day 5 *So Happy* Day 6 ✅ Finished Nicely Day 7 aka Final Day ✅ After finishing the exercise . I measured my calf before as I saw it was 14.8 and after completing the challange Im having 13.9 after all it reduced me 0.9 inch , Im so happy after getting results

Ну что ж я тоже буду делать эти тренировки что-бы сбросить пару см к школе😁 Осталось всего 10 дней, поэтому переживаю немного 😅 1 день✅ Было очень трудно особенно последние упражнения, но я справилась + 2 тренировки на ляжки, бег из тик тока и 1 тренировка на пресс 2 день✅ Некоторые упражнения уже были не такими сложными, но некоторые по прежнему ели делала. Так же делала другие тренеровки что в первый день. 3 день✅ Мне кажется мои ноги начинают немного уменьшаться и красивее по форме быть. Икры стали более упругие.

🍮 Doing this for a month to see if there is difference! I'm doing this along with 2 other workouts. (Not for legs) Please remind me, i forget stuff a lot! ❤ I dont have a measuring band but when i put my 2 hands around my leg there is 4-5 fingers space. I want to make it at least 3 fingers less. ✅️Day 1- i did it pretty easily, altough a few exercises were difficult. ✅️Day 2- all of the exercises were easier except for a few ❌️Day 3- no, but i did cycling ❌️Day 4- i had no time walking around all day, but i did do tennis and running a lot! ✅️Day 5- did once in the morning! It get easier but i'm not really seeing any changes yet. очень классная тренировка, уже примерно за неделю +- ноги стали более стройные (прямые??..) потом я забросила чисто из-за лени и очень пожалела. вот опять начинаю сделать, напишу в конце лета по поводу результата. короче всем советую!! и в целом не только физическое здоровье улучшилось, но а в целом. эта тренировка кстати подходит не только для ног но и для всего тела :))

Normal calves is good for health for girls. Don't do it like no fat skin, it's a musle which is absolutely needed. You will have more strength with calves.

Tighs:51cm Calves:34 Day 1✅ My legs are sour + i have done Jungkooks workout. Day 2 ✅ I have Done Jungkooks workout twice and i did this, It was a little bit easier but my legs feels like noddles Day:3 ✅ It have become easier. Tighs:50cm Calves:34cm

I want to do this because I want to do a cosplay, I have all the things, but the boots can't close because my calves are very VERY big. I will edit this comment if I decide to do it. EDIT: I'M DOING ITTT Starting measurements: Calves - 41cm Upper thighs - 46cm Lower thighs - 62.5cm Day 1-✅ Did it once. Day 2-❌ Didn't have time to do this. I was busy all day.

so I won't do it anymore. to hide that I managed to lose weight on my calves in 2 weeks, I did only 1 approach and I live about it, but the result shocked me, the calves were 38 cm and they were 34 cm but how strange the right leg of the calf lost 4 cm (34 cm) and the left leg only 2 cm (36 cm) even if they are very different Thank you very much for the workouts, they are really effective 👏
