A friend introduced me to your workouts and I absolutely love them!!! I knew I needed to incorporate more strength training in my workouts as I got older and I just love your short, to the point, effective sets! So great for a busy mom who just wants to get a workout in. I also can’t believe how much the strength training is helping my lower back/hip issues and how great I feel from getting my heart rate up and sweat on! I don’t sweat easily but these workouts make me sweat and my body is enjoying all the detox benefits of doing so. Thank you for your channel and your amazing content. I tell everyone I know about it!
