1. Arm circles : 45 sec 2. Lat stretch : 15 sec (each arm) 3. Arm across body : 15 sec (each arm) 4. Hamstring stretch : 15 sec (2x) 5. Quad stretch : 15 sec (each leg) 6. Front quad stretch : 15 sec (each leg) 7. Butterfly stretch : 15 sec (2x) 8. Alternating back stretch : 15 sec (each side) 9. Lower back stretch : 15 sec Tips : 10 sec pause in between stretches, control breathing

i was so sore from a work out yesterday and i know it’s cause i didn’t stretch properly, after watching this and stretching before bed ( which i will redo this video in the morning as well for my workout ) my muscles feel so much better! thank you!

Like this routine a lot. The other stretches on youtube are great but these are nice basic ones that I’m able to do.

Thanks for this! I'm a pianist, and as I get older, I find that I need to get my whole body warmed up before concerts (not quite like when I was in my 20s and 30s!). Blessings.

A compliment sandwich Compliment - The pacing and length of each stretch is very appropriate. Critique - The "Front Quad Stretch" stretches the glutes not the quads. Critique - The "Lower Back Stretch" stretches the abs not the back. Critique - This stretching routine should only be done after your muscles are warm. Compliment - The advice about breathing and not bouncing are good to avoid injury. Overview - This is a good stretching routine for a post workout or at least after a warm-up.

Could be fun, maybe do like 2 hours of Uber Eats riding and get paid for it. I don't know, they were just in the news cos they aren't making enough money. So might not even get a job. If I could do 1 hour and get get jobs nonstop that could be fun exercise.

It is a nice stretch routine. I’ll be using it again. That being said, I think some of the muscles he said we were stretching were wrong like the arm across the front and the 2nd “quad” stretch holding the knee.

S.t.r.e.c.t.i.n.g IS Worth the time & the Effort is an Incredible warm-UP YA; we did this in PE in school. I do them daily AM & PM...only takes 10-20 minutes & leads to Energy for-the-day OR relaxation for a restful sleep: TRY.it; YOU Will be Amazed FOR LIFE!!!

I get tendonitis in every place imaginable. At 16, I’ve had shoulder, knee, elbow and toe issues, all mild pain but severely annoying when I just want to train, but constantly being told that tendons just get weaker when you work them. I most likely get them from being overweight but it’s stupid because I can’t even train with HITT workouts to lose fat.

Great stretches .. but you should never do static stretches before workout..

Very good stretches. Only thing is that the anatomy is wrong for a few of them. What you call a lats stretch is more of a triceps stretch. What you call triceps stretch is more of a deltoid posterior stretch and what you called a quads stretch#2 is actually a hamstrings, glutes and back stretch.
