It's time for another sweaty total body Tabata workout! We are adding dumbbells to todays Tabata to increase the intensity oww oww! I'm seriously regretting choosing those 10lbs for shadow boxing lol This is a quick workout under 15 minutes that will have you breaking a serious sweat. Three different Tabata supersets to power through today. We will perform each superset 4 times before moving on to the next. Repetitive? Yes. Super effective? You bet! Let's go!

I’m missing my workouts with Heather :( I’ve had to take some time off working out. I keep injuring my self 😭 being old sucks. It’s so discouraging I love 💕 to push my self but I guess I’m pushing to hard! Keep killing it everyone!! 🙌🏻💪🏻😅

I used this as a finisher after the Low Impact HIIT total body strength workout and it was legit. Omg my arms and legs are on fire 🔥 love love Tabata. Thanks Heather for introducing me to Tabata. So excited. 🤩💕😰🥵🥳

I am not a fan of tabata but this one is my favorite i do it at least 2 times a week! I love it thank you heather for all of these workouts I have seen amazing results it all started with the 12 week challenge and now i do your monthly challenges and if I’m pressed for time i do this one !! You are in my morning routine everyday 😀

Shoo! Had to do a different workout then the Sept. Calendar. Whole family just got over COVID a week ago. So gradually getting back into the swing of things. Great workout, got some cardio along with strength. Just the right length for me today. 👍😁
