I have the exact same problem with certain moves.... for example (this isn't part of this workout but it is part of a lot of others) the V-Sit position, or really any move that requires me to sit on my butt, with my back of the floor, while my abs hold my legs up. I usually take a throw blanket or something and fold it enough time so that it's fairly thick..... then I'll put that on top of my yoga mat. That usually gives me enough cushion on my tailbone so that I can do any move without it hurting

@@luckyluck9259 this workout only four days. But I also do others abs workout so I already have visible abs (I'm working out seven months). But I think after 2-3 weeks u would see a results if u do it regularly

if you want visible abs, learn to rest at least 2 times per week (or choose 1 day of total rest and another like active rest). Your belly needs time to build those line so trust the process and let him do the work even if you are feeling like you need to workout. be patient and indulgent with your body, good luck ! ❤

Please don't end the video so fast, you're losing potential likes!
