This is a 20 minute workout using an exercise ball to provide extra support and connection with each Pilates mat exercise. You’ll begin with supported spine extension before progressing with the class for an effective full body workout that will leave you feeling good in your body.
This is a slower paced Pilates class perfect for beginners or if you just want to go deeper with the exercises for more benefits with your workout.
