I’ve been doing Vera La Ro’s workouts 3 times a week since I discovered her a few months ago. She has helped me get in shape for my wedding and I honestly don’t know how I would have kept up with the gym without her. I would have got so bored. I’ve been download her videos and completing them in the gym and although I’ve not yet completed the 12 week program I have lost 2 stone in time for my wedding on Sunday. Thank you Vera. I cannot fault you or your workouts. You’ve really helped me and I hope changed my life forever. I’ll be back to finish the program after I get back from honeymoon as I’ve never felt better than I have doing your workouts. Much love xxx

This workout rocked. I took q few days off to go out with some gorls from work and spend sometime with my family. I missed workingout but I kept running out of time in the day. First of all I love your outfit Vera 😍. You look so cute. Second of all I was wondering how do you go through your workouts without drinking water? I always go through between 1,5 -2 litres during your sessions 😂. I used the bands during the good morning exercise HOLY MOLY 😩 real game changer. The Bulgarian splits are still hard for me. The single leg squats almost killed me 🥵🔥🔥🔥. I used my 25lbs weights for the first time in a long time 😊. I am seeing changes. I am getting stronger, leaner💪🏾. I am so proud of myself. Your workouts are definitely challenging but so worth it 👍🏾👏🏾👌🏾. Once again THANK YOU Vera 🙏🏾💕

I am so so proud of you, Clélia!! You are crushing it, yay for using 25’s! I try to hydrate well beforehand, and I usually drink a tall glass of water during the workout (during break times so it’s not on camera except during EMOM workouts 😅). Drinking more is definitely a good thing though!!

So difficult 🥵. This glutes workout and the one prior to this have been the hardest for me yet, and it has to be due to the fact that I finally increased my weight and added an elastic band and am now using the “heavy” booty band. Whoa, what a difference! You’re right, you have to challenge yourself to see results. Thank you but I’m glad I have a break from glutes tomorrow - ouchhhhh!!!!!

Omg, vera...you bring it every time🥵 this was another killer and I loved it!! It wouldn't be leg day without Bulgarian splits😖 and of course curtsey lunges!! Definitely stronger and more flexible as I increased my weights and was able to go DEEP on the lunges😁 thanks for everything Vera, see you tomorrow 💪🏽

Fitness question here, I have been doing the program and eating healthy. Is there anything else I can or should be doing to lose more body fat? Additional cardio? Two-a-day workouts? Any suggestions?

Hi Ashley! Great job doing the program! I wouldn’t recommend 2 a day workouts - you will just burn yourself out. Adding some cardio is never a bad idea - but I would just be cautious of adding too much and it becoming more of a chore. As to diet - I can’t advise of course as I don’t know what your diet is, but I always strive to get enough protein in my diet (I aim for 1 g per pound), enough fiber, and lots of fruits and vegetables. For me, it’s all about having a balance and enjoying the foods I want to eat - which also means a small dessert every night 🤍
