In this short yoga flow, we'll focus on the back-body meaning: your shoulders, back and glutes will all feel nicely warmed through this fun sequence. This is the perfect short flow to support your handstand practice.
Note: there is no warm up or savasana because it's designed for you to do in a loop! Finished it and want more? Do it again (maybe even increasing the playback speed!)
