I enjoyed this meditation on winter. I think the cycles of the seasons, moon phases, tide and daylight are all intimately tied to what it means to be alive.

Can attest to that, I live in NY and almost every few days the season has felt like it has been changing!... From spring to winter and back again. Very odd, hard to sink into winter for me this time. This video helped ground me.

This was a very meaningful practice for me as I’ve been feeling the hibernation of winter but as if I shouldn’t be wanting to hide away and just be, as if I should be doing and being more active. This practice has shown me it’s ok to feel like this during the winter months and there is nothing wrong with me after all. Thank you so much ❤

Fantastic practice, thank you. I feel super serene and calm. Do you have any tips for overwhelming physical sensations that cause dissociation? I’ve been experiencing one specifically around the left upper buttock / hip and around the left scapula. It feels like something is ”flowing” through those areas, sometimes accompanied by nausea and anger / rage / frustration. I managed to stay grounded with the sensations today which allowed them to dissolve further. Sometimes the body has either been in a chronic lockdown / dissociative state or breached the tolerance level during practice, suggestions on how to ”re-embody” and actually stay present with it? There has been further frustration building on top of that, and further over-analyzing on top of that. Layers upon layers of defense and reactions Do you also have any tips for improving sleep?

Do you have tips for handling extreme boredom and disembodiment due to repression of the frustration arising from said boredom? It’s been a recurring issue that’s triggered loops, over and over again. Unsure if grief is the root cause

I did a lot of puzzles. Some easy 300 pcs. some 1000 pcs. Reading books. Some full of knowledge. Some jusf for pleasure! Take the word "bored" and replace w relaxed! ☮️❤😊🙏

@@_ourecho_ Vibing dance therapy, the passive stuff seems to be a little much atm. Thank you Been doing binaural beats, noticed I started thought looping and zoning out (in a poopy way), remaining active may be the way atm. I seem to feel a lot better from it, at least. Thank you again for your input 🙏
