No cos I thought I forgot to set the playback speed back to normal (I always forget, one time my brother walked in and asked why I was watching videos on 2x and I thought he was crazy until I checked lol) but no that’s just how she talks and I love it. 😭 15 passed by so quickly.

I was this close to crying after weighing myself on the scale because i was doing the same mistake as she mentioned here, “ weighing myself every single day”. Losing a kilo per week is absolute sense! Why was i hard on mysef??.?? This video is the motivation we all need!,!!!!

Great info. Ive been doing a lot of these myself in my weight loss journey. 40lbs gone and counting. I know it can sound condescending to people to say weight loss can be easy. But, i surprised myself how changing my lifestyle has helped. No drastic changes, no medication, just good ol watching what i eat and excersing daily and moving my body. Not that hard. Thank you for this video. Im sure you help a lot of people. =)

@@JanyaKaur In your view, what do you think is the biggest factors for holding people back of weight loss? Im trying to gain a better understanding outside of my own as to why weight loss is a challenge.

I love this!! This is my second time coming back to this video, and I will keep coming back to it. One important thing not mentioned here is how eating slowly is also important. I find that when I eat slowly, I am more mindful of my food, I am more intentional into what I put into my body, sometimes I notice that I don't really like the taste of some junk food and it taste very fake/artificial. So I don't tend to overeat. looking forward to future videos! I hope Janya also addressed weightloss in terms of hormones and effects of certain food. I love her approach. Straightforward and no fluff! Wishing her more success on KZbin!

For me it's also using social pressure to my advantage. A friend comes with me to the gym and we motivate eachother to get through with the weekly routine. I'm actually not a social person but I know I musn't whine about wanting to be alone bc I need her to get through the cold dark months lol

This is the best video on internet about pcod. You literally answered all my questions and i cant thank you enough. I just have one doubt and i would be really grateful if you could answer it. I am a night owl as i study more efficiently at night, but i do take 8 hrs of sleep. But the problem that i am facing these days is even if i sleep 8 hrs, i feel exhausted all the day. But if i wake up early at 7:30 am, i feel positive and good. I just want to know your sleep routine, at what time yoi sleep and wake up. Should i switch to sleeping and waking up early??
@JanyaKaurКүн бұрын
Hey! This comment means a lot, thank you so much ❤️. If you’re feeling sluggish despite getting 8 hours of sleep, it might be worth experimenting with adjusting your routine. I personally wake up at 6 am every day and feel my best when I sleep before 11 pm. Like you, I notice that waking up later leaves me feeling more tired. I don’t think there’s a strict rule about being a night owl or an early riser; it's more about what your body gets used to. If you stick to a consistent sleep and wake schedule, your body will naturally adjust after a few weeks. I’d recommend trying an earlier sleep routine and seeing how it impacts you. If it doesn’t work for you, you can always switch back to what feels better!

Your postive energy and vibe is reflected in your face. Lots of love and blessings and hugs 🥰❤️

I have a question. So I am a cyclist, so I eat 2500 calories in a day and I cycle for 3 hours, where I burn 1500 calories. So do you think I am in a calorie deficit? Because we also normally burn calories around 1800 or 2000 just by living, so seeing that, am I on a calorie deficit?? And if not, just tell me how to be on calorie deficit and burn more calories than eating because burning 2500 calories is very difficult. And can you please tell me how many calories you burn in a day? That would really be helpful if you answered because I am just learning things.
@Nandini7202515 күн бұрын
Dude you obviously are in a deficit. If you eat 2500 kcal a day and then burn 1500 from just exercise that is intentional on your end then it is likely you burn a lot of kcal in a day cuz our bodies burn certain amount of kcal for just existing that is the BMR and then some kcal for unintentional movement. Rest you should consult to a professional if you want exact details and stuff.
@KaylaMoore-m7x11 күн бұрын
are you sure you're actually burning 1500 calories a day just by cycling because that is huge amount? and you don't need to burn all the 2500 calories you're eating because your body burns calories just by existing, you should definitely check out calorie calculator to see how much you need to eat to have calorie deficit according to your body parameters and physical activity

Can you tell me please that when you have your periods, do you still wokrout or not? Do you skip your workout during periods?
@JanyaKaur12 күн бұрын
This is such a great question. I will create a whole video on how to plan workouts and weight loss around your cycle. But I would say that everyone's bodies are different. Personally, the first day or two of my period my energy levels are low so I take it easy, but I get a slow workout in eg a walk, incline walking, or light weights. Movement actually helps with cramps etc

First of all I don't think she's fast at all. I'm in a hurry so am watching this at 1.75x and still I can understand everything. If you still find it difficult to understand her, just reduce the speed to 0.5x on KZbin. Don't blame your lack of understanding on her unnecessarily
