Just a point: eating 'too much' potent anti-inflamatory foods (or dha omega 3) right after muscle training can be counter-productive to muscle growth. Studies have shown that interrupting the natural inflamation process may reduce as well the growth pathways involved in muscle building. The same goes to other anti-inflamatory strategies like cold plunges imediately after training.
@subliminalfalllenangel2108 Жыл бұрын
I don't think a tablespoon of flaxseeds or chiaseeds here and there is too detrimental to muscle growth. Plus, we have tons of omega 6 to balance it out, and even omega-6 can be anti-inflammatory as well. Please, be rational.
