You are completely misunderstanding what you’re reading, and I recommend that you educate yourself further on the topic before you tell others that plants have the capability to suffer. Stop spreading misinformation.

Just a point: eating 'too much' potent anti-inflamatory foods (or dha omega 3) right after muscle training can be counter-productive to muscle growth. Studies have shown that interrupting the natural inflamation process may reduce as well the growth pathways involved in muscle building. The same goes to other anti-inflamatory strategies like cold plunges imediately after training.

I don't think a tablespoon of flaxseeds or chiaseeds here and there is too detrimental to muscle growth. Plus, we have tons of omega 6 to balance it out, and even omega-6 can be anti-inflammatory as well. Please, be rational.

i used to have 220grams of animal protein a day. i switched to vegan diet for 3 months now and still the same size and not even taking much plant base protein. my protein intake is not even 100g of protein a day.

I think one of my favourite things looking at these vegan bodybuilders, apart from the fact that they’re vegan, is how healthy they all look. Like a lot of bodybuilders that seem to just eat vast quantities of meat always seem out of breath and look kind of gross

Does a "normal" sporty girl needs protein powder as well? I don't get enough the most days through the plant based diet but otherwise I don't want to take more supplements. Thanks for your answer

They say that eating sertain types of vegan foods is anti inflammatory, this is kinda contradictive because it is the flammation process in the muscles that causes hypertrophy

If you can pick yourself and eat directly, its obviously better than eating days old veggies.. Fresh is best.. Frozen veggies are frozen fresh, which reduces the values a little, but its still higher than day old stuff. So.. Fresh > frozen > not fresh

That is such a shout at the end: plant protein simply is not bad for you, animal protein has been proven to be bad fro you. I know which one I am going to choose.
