But turns out you got into the groove and then wowed me with much more info I didn't know about the history of Snoopy and Nasa than I would've ever expected after having read so many articles about Moonswatches! Excellent! Who would've thought someone could go head-to-head with a deluge of media saturation on a subject and still wow us so hard?!

Very good - a small point if I may? Apollo 10's Command Module was Charlie Brown while the Lunar Module was Snoopy, Snoopy wasn't a general nickname for the LMs. Hence Apollo 11's being Eagle, as in "the Eagle has landed." This sort of stuff is as important to us "space enthusiasts" as calibre numbers are to "watch enthusiasts" (I refuse to use the term "nerd"). As a particular fan of the X-15 I recently went for a Wolbrook / Douglas X-15 Flight 64 watch. I know the link to Armstrong is slight and to the X-15 itself non-existent but with the style and automatic movement it still, to me anyway, feels better value and more relevant than the Snoopy Moonswatch for not much more money. Another excellent film, well done!

But the 'shoot through like it had a police escort' line made me laugh so much I found myself on the swatch website. This is a sign of good writing because I'm tight as a wet knot when it comes to actually purchasing watches, old-dog-turd white or otherwise.

I love the history you packed into this review - and yes, I am hoping for the easy path of getting my Snoopy moonswatch at my local Swatch store... I'm lucky, said qualified store is near me. For me, it's the history as to why I want that MoonSwatch (er, yup, that old). But also, finally a MoonSwatch that delivers on several levels. The strap is still pure garbage - if you get one of these little plastic gems, you will want to look for third party straps to make it look, well, like worth wearing... All said, between Omega and Blancpain (the version I prefer and recommend) Swatch is suddenly making Swatch cool again.
