Ohhhh my goodness Mike! This talk was so beautiful, it had me in tears from the very beginning. 🥹 I still remember my first RIM session with you in Costa Rica in January 2023. That day really did change my life and show “Little Lauren” and “Big Lauren” that she is enough 💛 Thank you for sharing your story with the world. You are more than enough my friend.

Michael - what a powerful, refreshing, and heart-opening talk! Thank you for emailing your list so I could find it and make it part of my day today. I needed to be reminded that I am enough and that the journey to feel my enoughness isn't felt by exerting my efforts to achieve external validation but rather through conscious unlayer and connection with my true essence of who I already am. I look forward to playing with RIM to create my own blue velvet start moments and sharing your talk with my community. Thank you for sharing your stories, growth, creativity and compassion. Blessings to you!

Thank you!! Absolutely amazing. I can now see how you saw the similarities in our pasts.. especially being told not to cry. That is such a crucial part of our letting the emotions finish the cycle, and we are told not to do it.

Wow, what a powerful message! So many people struggle with the feeling of not being enough. Thank you for pointing out that those traumas we experienced in the past are no small thing, they are big things because that directly affect our future. I loved that line, “you can’t get good enough, to feel good enough, until you remember you always were.” My TEDx talk just hit KZbin 2 weeks ago, so I know the feeling of what it’s like to share a message that can make a positive impact in the world. I hope this message helps people all over the world. Great talk Michael!
