This is the eeriest bodycam footage i've seen. Could be straight out of a horror movie. Pitch black road. Officer patrols alone. Man bleeding all over his body slowly approaches officer. He was too involved in wanting to be Abraham's "Bro", instead of just arresting him and controlling that situation from the beginning. The problem is that some law enforcement spend time trying to pamper criminals and pretend to be their friend when the criminals have no intention of being buddys with law enforcement. That's WHY they choose to be criminals, 'cause they have no respect for the law and they victimize others.
