This is the best and most complete compilation of running stretches I have seen. It also gets me mentally ready. You are a positive inspiration in any class you teach so I am eternally grateful to have found you.

Hi Cat, This is long overdue: 61 yr old (how did THAT happen?) male new to yoga on my journey towards growth. I've been meaning to tell you how much of a VERY positive impact you've had on my life. I've been following you for a few months, through Yoganuary, the weekly sessions and thevery inspirational and uplifting vid on eating disorder (you are SO brave and wise), super encouraging which was such a testament towards self-acceptance that transcends the subject and is really applicable to many aspects of the human condition (I, a depression sufferer). Not a day goes by that you don't bring me joy, I'm not a shamed to admit I've been brought to tears of joys on more than one occasion and oftentimes when I brush against those lows I think of how you say "smile" at the most challenging times and, invariably, I have no choice but to. I just had to finally tell you how grateful and appreciative I am of you and the work you do. If it's possible to fall in love with a persona on a screen, well you did it girl. You had me at "smile". Namaste.

I have been trying to find a yoga teacher that I really enjoy during quarantine .... and after 890271 teachers I have found my favorite! Thanks Cat, you're inspiring

Like it, Cat; nice idea to build in a little bit of strengthening for glutes and core. 2 questions: 1) in half-split, you pose the hip behind the kneeling knee - what advantages do you see in this compared to having the hips and knee in a perpendicular line? (saw the same on Yoganuary) 2) in ankle stretch, you lift your hands of the floor and stay with your shoulders straight above the hip; haven't seen that very often. Which (core?) muscles are you activating/ how to stay in position? Definitely a great balancing. Thanks

This is my favorite yoga class ever. I have had plantar fasciitis (heel inflammation) for a year, and I believe it’s going away in large part due to Ms. Meffan’s classes, especially this one. Thank you!

This flow could not have come at a more perfect time! I'm deep in marathon training right now and after a stressful work shift this morning and a quick run afterwards, I was feeling so unmotivated to get myself to take the time to stretch out this evening.

Loved this flow!!! I do all of your flows but I really needed this one today after the 4 mile run I did this afternoon followed by a 2 mile walk. Thank you.
