Would have needed it last week, so I keep this class for next month😉. Period cramps are so awful, and, like you, I feel lethargic during the first 2 days. Thank you Cat for honoring our natural cycles🙏

I agree, any kind of stomach cramps gets relieved by being stretched out in a low supported bridge. I don’t agree that this class is for woman during their cycle. I’m menopausal and I thought it was a wonderful class ❤😂
