I usually do 2 of Kassandra’s evening stretches from the series, which will be around 30 mins in total. While I know some of them are yin yoga (I also prefer slow flow over yin) this might be a good alternative

I found that portion challenging too. My knees can get touchy sometimes so I slowed down, did less reps and focused on perfect knee alignment to assure safety.

Oh one thing I admire in your practice more than any other yoga instructor is that you focus really on the breathe which is the whole point of yoga more than poses. Your fundamental to yoga is there and I can tell. My flexibility no matter what video I do is slowly improving and I really enjoy this aspect as it's helped me with my anxiety.

As the practice went I stopped worrying about how much time I had left and started thinking about all that I had already done; that got me to stop thinking on the things that I can’t do and start on the things I already can do

Hi Kassandra, I just started yoga today. I did the beginner morning stretch video then went right into this one. It was great! I recently injured by elbow ligament while strength training. I was looking for something else to do besides cardio and came across your videos. Loved it. I will continue to watch all of your videos. Thank you for providing!!

I came to this one overheated and physically and mentally exhausted. And if not for your good humour and sage advice (focussing on the breath when the self criticism kicks in), I might have given up. Thank you Kassandra. I love all your practices, but mornings is my time. I get up a hour earlier so I can get on my mat. I loved this morning's practice particularly as I go straight from my bed to my mat and no better way to truly wake up and set the day with a fast physical work out. I loved the mental part as well.. I love your 25-30 min strength videos :) I love your 10 min videos too but I rarely try them because I usually have to do 3 of them to get a full workout. Please keep making 30-45 min workouts. I find they provide the best workouts, and I love the variety of poses :)

Great workout your so fun to work out with. I got a few new yoga outfits recently. I makes yoga more , fun, calming and comfortable. I usually do the 10-15 min practices because I often feel like I don't have the time for more yoga , so today consciously choosing a longer video felt so much more empowering than I expected it to. It's like I'm only now realising tht yes. I can take more than 15 minutes of self care a day, maybe even 30 or 60 minutes and it's going to be fine either way and it might help me feel even better? What a wild concept. Thank you so much for your videos, they really help me keep up a regular practice and I love coming back to them every morning, be it for 10 or 30 minutes 🍒🌟
