Snap! Just did hill sprints also. So this was perfect thanks Ash. I have to commend you on how you offer paid content but don't go the hard sell. Some channels are hard sales people. You're not. It's very decent of you.

Wow you always have just what I need! I was extra revved up and sweaty after my intense 400m intervals and this was the perfect way to wind down, exhale the intensity and thank my body for its hard work. Thank you as always, Ash!! ☺️

That was great, not just as a post run stretch but because I didn’t sleep well last night and this really relaxed me, to the point that I stayed on my mat afterwards for a 10 minute nap! Much needed - thank you as always, Ash.

Ash,congratulates you on your awareness of chemical processes in your body after exercise. In addition to stretching the body, a huge benefit, as you emphasize, is balancing the dopamine with your breathing, so as not to carry this swing into the rest of the day. I have four children and I know how homeostasis helps in everyday life❤

Hey Ash, loved this video :) was anxious about my run because I’ve had some minor injuries (I mentioned in my last comment that I have chronic pain which always makes me a bit more worried when it comes to new aches!) but in the meantime of resting have been stretching every day with your videos which has been a great comfort. Excited to say I hit a PR yesterday on my run and this was exactly what I needed after! Thanks for all you do as always, I feel so encouraged to keep up with running now that I’ve found your channel, these videos I can’t do without!

I feel so refreshed. This is the cooldown I did after breaking three of my personal records. It helped me balance my adrenaline and get back to base. Ready for the day!!!

Hi Ash, thank you for all the great stretching routines. As I started to prepare for my first 7K run, these have been really helpful. It’s a true joy for mind and body, without delving into the esoteric. I have been feeling quite tense in the neck and shoulders after my runs. Would appreciate if you could do a special with stretches to release the tension there. Any other advice is appreciated. All the best!

I will create a video for neck and shoulder tension as it’s something a few people have mentioned. It may be a few weeks before you see it though as I am about 4 weeks scheduled on videos. I finished a 6km on a slower pace this evening. Even though I purposefully ran slower, it wasn’t necessarily easy. I do feel great now after this run and this stretcht session helped me unwind 🙌🙌
