@@sanv3769 honestly, we have not seen any bus stops or buses in Kuching. We asked our friend who lives there and he wasn't sure as well. You can get around easily with Grab app and it's super affordable.

RM5k take home is poverty level in KL for the lowest level people, you need at least RM50k take home for an 'ok' lifestyle (luxury condo + high quality food etc. not high carb trash). >RM100k a month for a comfy lifestyle but still not even wealthy yet

The two most important things from this video are as follows: 1st) Plan to be able to survive financially, if there is a job loss in your mid-50's; and 2nd) Have various pots of money that, you can pull from during your retirement years. Prior to the death of my last living parent my mother, I had a private sector pension, a public sector pension, 401(k), and 457 plan. With my mother's death, I inherited $300,000, and because, I am now age 62 or higher, I can also apply for social security (smile ... smile).

There is nothing beneficial to the foreigners, and furthermore money stuck for 10 years, stupid policy will deter people from coming to Malaysia. When Singaporeans retire, no need to travel to expensive places. Malaysia has plenty of places to visit (airbnb is affordable) with good food. No need to spend big on airfare. Weather is ok for old folks, no natural disaster to worry about.

We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
