From North of Rome to Campi Flegrei there are multiple calderas. I was so intrigued that I took photos from the air of the whole of Italys volcanic zones. The scars tell a scary story.

Which would be worse, Camp Fleigri or Vesuvius erupting? I hope that all of these don't erupt at the same time. It's unlikely, but something is occurring. There would be so many people to evacuate, and animals too. Scary 😮

The only Volcano on earth that can tell Yellowstone to "hold my beer" is Toba. Campi Flegrei has the potential to be a monster but it's no where near the size and has never erupted big enough to even be classified as a Super Volcano, which is 1000 cubic kilometers of ejecta or more. Campi Flegrei's biggest eruption was up to 285 cubic km of tephra. Yellowstone's Lava Creek Eruption 640 thousand years ago was 1000 cubic km of tephra. The Huckelberry Ridge eruption some 2.1 Million years ago was 2450 cubic Km. Toba's last eruption some 72 - 74 Thousand years ago was between 2.5 and 3000 cubic Km of tephra. It nearly extinguished all human life on earth. To put this all into context and perspective, Mount St. Helens on May 18 1980, a day I'll never forget for the news and the ash that fell in my town in BC Canada, was 2.79 cubic kilometers. As far as danger, sure, Campi Flegrei would be bad, so many people living on, in or immediately around the caldera and of course the global consequences if there was another 285 cubic km eruption. Tambora, in 1815, ejected upwards of 45 cubic km and the entire world went a year without summer and starvation was rampant. So, yeah, Campi Flegrei would be bad but it's got nothing on Toba or Yellowstone. With these two, it doesn't matter where you live on earth, you're in serious danger, just not immediately if you're on the other side of the earth from the eruption, but it wouldn't take long for life to become only about survival.

All of earths volcanoes are coming alive at the same time. Which when they do an earthquake such as never before known will completely destroy the planet.

Hmmm... Maybe rock cracking at Campi sent vibrations over there to that Rocco and then it was shaking over there. But it makes sense (to me) that Campi is the villian here. Like its stretching outward. Or trying to. And since Rocco was a volcano long ago it is a weak spot in the crust. And weak spots get earthquakes. Any hole in the crust is apparently weak spots. Not a drop of snow here in Wisconsin. Well not here in Milwaukee. Mukwanago didnt have any either. In fact today it was rather warm. It was 40 F! A little rain this morning.

I was told many years ago, that there is not really any such thing as an "extinct" volcano. 10,000 years is nothing and they are like cats, don't EVEN try to guess.

I find it highly suspicious that two seperate volcanoes on either side of Campi Flagrei are now getting earthquakes. Including an extinct one. That cannot be coincidence. This "new" extinct one is not that far away. It seems that the bradyseism at Campi may be making that whole area unstable. 😮 and its even more shocking to see they have built a town on top of a second volcano! 😮😮 i thought it was bad with Campi but thought it was a 1-time thing. But how many times have they done this??? Only about halfway through this but had to pause it to write my thoughts down! And great job for spotting this! Who knows how many other ones there are around there?

When are they going to wake up from their ignorance of and indifference to Warnings from Heaven? Italy is going to have huge volcanic eruptions ! It can happen any day now. You may find yourselves buried under volcanic ashes, when you wake up ! Please leave the area or be prepared before it is too late !

Concerned about Italy but Yellowstone hold my beer -I think not. The magma chamber for Yellowstone keeps growing with better equipment 3x or larger than Campi - Then we have the caldera in California and another in Nevada which just came back to life and then we have Tonga. Silki love ya but you need to read your Bible - If you don't have one, I'll buy one for you. We are in end times and instead of flood it will be fire.
@bendy66269 сағат бұрын
Yellowstone has multiple relief valves in geysers. Campi Flegri & Vesuvius do not. Yellowstone may blow big time again, but it won't be in your lifetime, or peobably much longer. CF & V much more likely and sooner 🤷
