If you're getting the expected refresh rate reported by the website then the cause for your stuttering is somewhere else. If you're still getting stuttering in every game, even in very easy to run games then it could be a more global issue. It's impossible for me to troubleshoot with no information about what games you're running on what hardware, what other software is running in the background while playing games, and if stuttering occurs on every game or just some. If it's not in the computer system you have, since making this video I have actually found myself with a 4K TV that micro stutters only on 1080p content when after about 5 to 7 minutes of being turned on. When it starts stuttering I power cycle the TV and it completely goes away until it's been off for several hours. I originally thought it was my PC, but I caught it stuttering with my Nintendo Switch too. I don't know what the chances are of that happening elsewhere, but I can definitely say that I've seen strange stuff like that happen.

​@@OldsXCoolAfter 7 years you helped me, I thank you man. I bought new RAM and motherboard but nothing helped me except your solution. Before this I reinstalled Windows and dug into the BIOS settings, I tried to solve this problem for 2 years and you solved everything in a moment.

@@OldsXCool Thanks for being here mate ! glad u are happy with your tech now :) So im just gonna describe it with a few words i dont mind if u gonna replay or not , no problem! Setup : AMD RYZEN 5 5600 & RX 6600 / 60 hz Monitor SO , I dont know when the stutters started maybe it was an update or smth , the strange thing is i had no stutters while not havin my chipset drivers on the pc , so when stutters started i immidiately started to search up every solution i found on the internet , i just didnt do the steps with the BIOS Update . I fresh installed every driver i turned off / on every setting that would leade me to a fix fresh installed windows And many things i cannot tell u right now but after all that the stutters were still there and then i factory reseted my whole pc and delete all data > stutters still there SO i tweaked more in the ingame settings and capped the ingame fps via. Rivatuner to 60 fps in Campire bloodhunt and it got WAY better , just small stutters here and there not unplayable . Even in Rocket league i had stutters and when i cap it at 60 fps it just laggs all over and over . So i just turned to fullscreen and back to windowed mode and it went away , FOR NOW . some games like Chivalry 2 is stutter free almost . What i realised is when i play and go into areas where i wasnt already the stutters appear the most . idk if it has to do something with shader chache or somth. im still looking for all solutions that are on the internet and just gonna make a list what to do and what not . The thing is there are so many possible solutions out there that it might be too stupid for me to turn something on and then restart everytime and test my fps like that lol Maybe its just that i had bad luck with my hardware or its rlly just my monitor maybe i should get a new one soon and see ... thanks for your time !
