I know they're Tour courses, and were built for that game. But the classification doesn't really matter here. They still have a fundamental difference from the other Tour originals, alongside Sky High Sundae.

What are you talking about? There were some elements of the original that I definitely preferred, but the remake was an awesome time. I would say it's the definitive way to play TTYD now for sure.

I suppose, but I don't think they consider stuff like that. They consider what fits in the cup. Both those circuits would be fine Shell Cup courses. Keep in mind, all 3 N64 tracks in MK7 were mushroom cup courses. I don't think 2 from Wii would be a big deal.

@@HDRookie That’s a fair point, but I would rather see that we get Figure-8 Circuit, maybe a Bowser’s Castle, and a returning DS course from Wii/7 like Delfino Square. I would say Figure-8 Circuit goes in the Shell Cup, and Wii Mario Circuit would fit best in the Banana Cup with Toad’s Factory ending the Shell Cup.

@@alexkartoons3659 I just can't see them doing both F8C and WiiMC. Both are figure 8s, Wii MC is honestly really simple even for a Flower Cup course.

Probably not, but I definitely wouldn't call him your standard hero or protagonist even. It brings good balance for Kirby representation.

With only 2 SNES tracks, I would prefer them to not be in back to back waves. VL2 was also designed to be a rather difficult track too. It is right before SNES RR in SMK

@@HDRookie Ice physics are harder to deal with in SMK, but this track has nothing to do in Wave 6. If anything, put it in Wave 2 and save BC3 for Wave 5 :P

@@HDRookie It can stay as the penultimate. However, swap Vanilla Lake 2 with Toad Circuit and replace that track (as the 2nd track of the Acorn Cup) by Rosalina’s Ice World.

I decided not to talk about it really. It's appears to be a full priced port, so it just isn't the most interesting thing to discuss for me. Happy that it's available though!

Playing Metroid Prime with motion controls was honestly one of the most underrated experiences I've ever had. It just works.

@@HDRookie Fair, MP3 with the WiiZapper was pretty decent but as someone who grew up playing Doom and Battlefield on PC nothing currently matches the fluidity and easy flick shots of M&K.

I was expecting like 4 ports in the direct just like this one, but it turned out to only really be this one. I've heard good things about this game - I have only played Tropical Freeze though. Is it as good or better?

What you said at the beginning is completely false. There is an inherent risk to bagging, that I displayed in the Bone Dry Dunes clip around 7 minutes into the video. If something goes wrong while bagging, it is incredibly hard to catch up. The idea that sandbaggers always win is not true, and never has been. If you were to look up the LAN videos that Mankalor (a notorious/popular sandbagger) posts on his KZbin, he often takes a bagging approach (even pre patch), and not only does he not always win, he actually usually doesn't. I play these matches and always focus on playing up front, and while I haven't won every time, I have won the most LANs in our local scene. If bagging = easy wins, I would be doing it at these tournaments too, but I don't, because it's not even optimal. The players who have a near perfect win rate through sandbagging in a worldwide do so because they are just better at the game than their opponents. They would also have a near perfect win rate through frontrunning as well in these lobbies. It takes talent to be able to win in general, sandbagging has often just been a more fun approach in doing so b/c each race is quite different. Nintendo likely patched it because of complaints about it, which is reason enough for them. Something does not have to be overpowered for it to be changed. Saying that is the confirmed reason is definitely an assumption, because the premise that bagging was unbeatable is not true. Besides, the update was a really minor change in the grand scheme. If it were actually true that bagging was unbeatable, it would still be unbeatable. You can still get 2 powerful items in the back, and even though you can't roll 3 or 4 times anymore, you could never carry more than 2 items to begin with. It is a nerf, but not a massive one.

If you really f$en care that mush about bagging then only play customize item mode only with everything on. You can complain all you want about bagging being remove fron Normal item and frantic mode, I just don't care what you think about it. Regardless what you say Nintendo agree that it is considered busted, so that is why they remove it, and writing a entire book saying something is fair when it is clearly not fair, will not change the fact that it is not fair. It didn't need a nerf - I actively choose not to do it because it's not really that strong. You probably should read if you're going to take the time to respond, because you made a false assumption about who I even am.

Some of the sentences contain a lot of info, so I get it. A single word can change an entire meaning of a sentence too. Admittedly, I don't always give time for people to catch all the things I put in the background as well. It's kind of an expectation that if you're trying to soak up everything, you might need to pause on occasion to stop and read something. It's there for the people who want it, but I know not everyone wants to read stuff, especially sources or long paragraphs, lol
