Thank you for the video and all of them You are definitely at the top of my "watching" list and am completely mesmerized by your painting process and finished products. I am just starting to paint at 77 and hope that I can absorb just a bit of your vision and process into my "attempts". Please keep showing us. Thank you.

Very interesting video actually. I am a professional artist and been thinking about starting a YT channel just to share what I do, how it's created and showing "a trip along the journey" actually but now you've said all this I am very uninclined to pursue it, as I think if YT is not bothered in promoting real hand-to-paper artists who are demonstrating real human skill in creativity, then it seems a total waste of effort. I do not like the way YT has degraded over the years with its censorship and ghosting etc, it used to be an amazing place to be. Not so much any more by some measure, in my humble opinion. Yet I thought I might give it a go, but to be honest, after listening to this, I think it would be for nothing.

Nice work, but it would be more helpful if you would talk about painting, not about the ego and nature of an artist, it's just annoying

It's obvious you have painting skills I do not!

what paint did you use?

i’ve watched so many eye tutorials today. Here’s what I’ve noticed. None of them are tutorials. If you don’t go through the mix of your paints to get, let’s say the white of the eye and you just paint the white of the eyes. All you’re doing is showing us how you paint an eye. So I’m going to watch this video now to see if this tutorial goes through the paint mixtures that the artist is using and my guess is that it won’t but I hope it does. It will be the first one that does.

Just as I thought another tutorial, that is not a tutorial good painting though
@gitboxman17912 күн бұрын
OK, so this is the seventh or eighth tutorial that I have seen and is this one going to just paint the eyes without talking about the colours they’re using to mix the whites of the eyes. Maybe but my guess this is not going to be done, let’s see.

What do you sketch with Alpay? Looks like pencil marks but I'm not so sure.

Hola, me gustó mucho tu perorata! 😊

I think that the algorithm is the problem, it has no taste.

Thinking outside the box? More creative? You? You’ve been doing everything the same way for years.

You hardly ever share actual technique and insights. It’s like you’re mostly showing off. I see you as a really gifted illustrator, but I doubt you have the soul of an actual artist. Sorry to be negative, but you yourself are brutally honest when assessing others, so you should be able to take it.

"photorealism is the easiest style of painting" from the "artist" who needs a beamer to get something on canvas is kinda funny

It’s all part of our evolution. Always be prepared to be disappointed in what you invest in, whether it’s your time, money, your lover, or KZbin. Sometimes you will win. Enjoy those times … because everything can change. A creative spirit may suffer but will never die, for creativity is its own dimension … and KZbin is a mere fleck of pigment on the huge canvas of our life experience. My whiskey told me that 🤪🥃 … but he always says it as it is

I bet you don't need to hear this from me, but you are an incredible artist. You make us love art or simply hate it, just because we want to paint like you, and then realise we can't. However, pretty powerful reactions usually generate the strongest alchemy. Just wanted to let you know about another artist, Valerie Lin. She is very talented, just like you and I follow both of you and find you are like twin souls. She is more on the softer, feminine side of the art she's creating, and you are putting in more rigour and structure in your composition. I am far from considering myself a painter, but you inspired me to introduce the colours back into my life. Thank you! Keep up the good work! 🥰

I think it comes down to the fact that advertisers are not willing to spend money on the content. This would cause YT to suppress it.
