Much easier to do from under the hood. Remove both wipers and pop off the plastic cowl. That exposes the drain ends. Pull the plastic filter out of the end of the drain with needle nose pliers and pour some water down the drains to make sure there are no obstructions. Reassemble. Job done. Worked on a 20014 Nissan Rogue.

When you removed that piece did you have to turn it because thos tabs looks like it's designed not to come out without damaging the piece. Could you give me an idea what motion you had to do with the needle nose to remove it. Thanks for the video

i connected a 5/8 hose to the oem one near the pillarand drilled a 5/8 whole on my floor and ran i through there, stays hidden under the rug easy fix applied some silicone around the hose 5/8 ( outside diameter) 3/8 ( inside diameter ) 3/8 barbed splice

My 2007 expedition limited has everything in the radio radio works fine. XM was working shut the car off XM won’t come back on called XM they said will send you another signal. Nothing comes up satellite failure. Is there module or is it the antenna is driving me nuts.

The part you pulled out of the dash is a $15 part, why not just replace it instead of cutting a straw and inserting it? Was it to save money or is there another reason?

Because it will happen again. I had my mechanic "fix" the issue like 3 years ago and now it's clogged again. It's only ever been my driver's side floor. So I'm doing exactly like this video and others show you. I will try the trimmer wire also ... Pushing down from the sunroof drainage on the driver's side in case I have a blockage before it gets down to the $15 part. I've seen another guy pull it out and clean it up and just clip off the middle piece and put it back in without the straw.

The sunroof shattered from hale; I was wondering how water got on the floor while the seats etc all stayed dry. Thank you! Now I wonder if it is absolutely necessary to replace the glass

Frick man, In my opinion that is very dangerous to roll with 2 percent. I just got mine done with 11 percent in the front and 7 percent in all the rears. Thats what it metered out to. Gonna do 70 percent on the windshield with a 5 percent brow for the heat rejection. Got Xpel XR Plus.

Our 2012 G37 with 85k on it has a bunch of water on the passengers side due to this. I drilled a few holes to at least let the water drain out, video of that is posted. Next up, to clean that drain plug & remove the baffle within the plug. That is happening tomorrow!

Yesterday have installed fortin evo all on me g37 2008 at. Remote start works fine but it does not turn off remotly. Does it suppose to be like this?

No. If you remote start it, you should be able to remote turn it off as well. Check your wires to make sure you tapped into the dome light that turns on/off when you open the car door.

looking at the timing and cost it seems cheaper to replace the console after taking out the first three screws. This video definitely helped me determine that was the better option. Thanks for posting

thank you, it worked for me - don't have navigation and got the xm antennae for around $17 - my local mechanic wanted to charge $400 (to be fair would be replacing the sharkfin) and the dealer $1800!! (not kidding). one question - I get a check antenna message on my dash, I assume because the new one is not OEM, any idea how to get rid of this message?
