Yeah, looks like the stuffed bread things need to be paired with a bread pudding. Please support the content creators that are making the things you enjoy, especially the up and coming creators. When you say bread pudding, what do you mean? The only one I know is a British dessert...
@josiahalcorne

@@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen Yes I mean the dessert. Your going to have left over bread. Bread pudding is always my go to when there's extra bread. I grew up in a Greek enclave in Florida where fresh bread from the bakery first thing in the morning is a daily ritual and every Cuban restaurant has a nephew they send out to the Segundo Bakery for bread for our famous sandwiches. One of the saddest things is that the health department won't let you repurpose old breads left over from buffets to serve commercial to paying customers but in our hotel we frequently got donut waffle biscuit pudding served to the employees as family meal. Especially when the blueberry order was off and we were going to throw out a lot of blueberries.

So so so sexy the tomato feta bite, I don't know if you have a KitchenAid mixer, but I have an attachment for the KitchenAid to roll raviolis. And one of the good things I made with that was a deep fried spinach ricotta feta ravioli bites. All three of those things look awesome. Thank you for always putting things up for us

Vegan Four Cheese Filo Bake: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpnIqn1uf9h0ZpI Recipe notes & ips: - You can also roast chickpeas in the oven. You’ll need to go at a higher temperature to start with; at least 200°C/400°F in a fan oven (higher for non-fan) - If you want to avoid the beer in the batter, try soda water/club soda, and make sure whatever you use is as cold as possible - I wonder if the vinegar flavour could be boosted further by soaking & boiling dried chickpeas in vinegar? I’ll give it a go in the future and update here the results

Best thing they have no added sugar, Most commercial bars are over sugared and far too sweet for my taste, I think I would love a very thin layer of 100% chocolate as a little cover and a ‘je ne sais quoi’ for that extra little bit of luxury.

Hi rachel I go in and out of being a vegan. I tend to get bored with what I eat ( I'm 56) so I go vegan for 3 yrs then meat eater for 12 month as an example I'm retired so I have time to cook so any advice you can give me on cooking I appreciate x

Have you ever tried meal planning? Maybe try doing a month at a time, and that way you'll be able to spot repetition well ahead of time. That's not to say you have to stick to it religiously, but it could help you to identify what it is that bores you. For me, texture became even more important after going vegan, so I always try to get something crunchy on my plate/snack basket

Protein Shake Granola: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d6LbhIOJpZeHna8 Recipe notes & tips: - I found a silica packet in a drawer (the little things you find inside purchases that usually say “DO NOT EAT”). I’ve stuck it in the plastic container with the bars to see if that helps them stay crisp - I had a very quick look at a few of the ingredients to see if there’s any real cost savings. There isn’t when you compare these directly with things like Nature Valley bars. There might be if you start looking at specific protein bars though. If you do want to make them much cheaper, take a look at the chocolate, orange and ginger granola (kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3PKn4l4pMd8msU). I used aquafaba in that one (the liquid from a can of chickpeas). I reckon you could try using that mixed with some sweetener to get a decent result

Maybe try it for yourself instead of letting strangers decide for you... All vinegar has a "foot" smell, because foot odour and smelly feet contain acids of the same family (Propionic acid)

Vegan Watermelon & Feta Salad: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHK7qaqol5WJfJY Recipe notes & tips: - All three salads were good for seven days before I finished them! - For a fancy twist on the hot & sour salad; use heritage carrots & radishes. I’ve seen some really funky-looking varieties. They won’t really change the flavour, it’s more for visual impact - To save time, buy cauliflower “rice/couscous” from the supermarket - Roast pineapple method; cut the pineapple into vertical wedges and trim out the sections of core. I like to sprinkle on some brown sugar and grated nutmeg (give the fruit a light blot on paper towel to stop the toppings melting off), and the air fry ate 160°C/320°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned (make sure the added sugar and natural sugars don’t burn! Always go lower temp when you’re not sure) - When the pineapple arrived, it was very green and I worried the flavour wouldn’t be optimal. I did consider roasting the pieces after dicing to bring out sweetness and kill off bad enzymes, but it wasn’t necessary in the end. I thought I’d share the tip in case anyone dose end up with an unripe fruit - I did some digging online, and this looks to be a great method for preserving lemons: rainbowplantlife.com/how-to-make-and-use-preserved-lemons/ - If you can find it, samphire (sea beans/sea asparagus) would be amazing in the cauliflower & pineapple salad. Samphire is a seagrass; it has a salty and mildly asparagus kind of taste - Spiralised courgette makes a decent stand-in for spaghetti if you’re trying to lower carb intake. I put it in the microwave and do 1 minute blasts until cooked through, mixing through after each minute to ensure even cooking. I usually make a quick tomato sauce/topping to over it; roast cherry tomatoes in vegan butter with a little salt and pepper in the air fryer (150°C/300°F) for 10 minutes
