I've been dealing with a lot of negative things when it comes to my body and losing weight. It's like I hate self hate towards myself, I've dealt with binge eating, bulimia, starving myself for that past couple of years. Something finally clicked and I decided to change, and go the healthy way, not only for good health, but for mental strength as well. Today I did my first workout with this, and I plan to use your videos to keep guiding me to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I've wanted to say that I am really thankfull to you. I was anorexic but I started to eat more and exercise with you. Before I felt terrible doing exercises but now I'm still underweight but I love doing your HIIT and I feel so strong and healthy! I never was that happy and proud of myself. One more time, tysm! the first time i did this i was soooo nauseous afterwards and couldn't breathe properly for the next hour, but after doing it 4 more times over the week, i can finally do TWO rounds of this workout with barely a sweat! :)) looking forward to doing your full hiit workout when i think i am finally strong enough soon!

I made a playlist with you guys because your workouts are great I like how between every workout you have a 15 seconds break.i had to take my puppy out my bedroom because she kept licking my face can't do any workout with her around.

I did the workout along with you guys and honestly- I am worn out! I'm sweating, my heart is racing and I'm panting...this is such a good workout!

Yep ya know just got to shave my legs, put lotion on every night like everywhere, do schoolwork, go to school, make sure I don't get acne by taking care of that every night too (I'm ance free although I used to have some, using cetaphil daily facial cleaner works for me and I let it dry while I brush my teeth), eat healthy, take showers, do my makeup, sleep, and workout. Shaving legs: 10 min. Lotion: 5 min. Schoolwork: 30 min.-1 hr. School: 7 hrs. Acne wash: 10 min. Eating healthy: 2 hrs. (Including preparing food) Showers: 30 min. (Including getting ready after shower) Makeup: 10 min. Sleep: 8 hrs. Workout: 1 hr. So I spend the other around 5-6 hours (depending on homework) watching Supernatural, doing chores, or just random stuff. I just realized that 1/4 of the day I don't have to do anything. 😮

I did this workout at midnight and I did all of them but crashed middle of the burpees. I will be doing this workout for the next week. My body is so sore I will go to a gym and show them so that my form can be fixed. Love this video.

I just did this and OMG. It was fun, painful, tiring, but doable for a beginner like myself. Thank you for making this and timing it so perfectly. It made it easier for me to follow and it felt like I was working out with some friends!

Hey ! I'm 19 and I started my weightloss journey a few weeks ago and so far your workout is the funniest and the most effective to do, according to me. I did the entire workout 1 time but I think I could have gone for a second round, let's do this tomorrow !

I'm following your intermittent fasting tip and doing this 10 minute workout with your video everyday before I go to work. I lost 2 kilos in 1 week! I can see my tummy fat has reduced quite a lot now. Thank you for the great inspiration!

Ok guys im going to do this for 2 weeks everyday to see the results. Right now im 137.4 lb. My goal is 125.0 lb before October. I will update on the july 23. Wow I do your exercises for the first time this morning before preparing me for work. I practice dance twice a week and yoga plus some reeducation exercises and it's still hard to do the burpees (it's totally killing me). Thanks for your work. I also followed your stretching video after exercising there are such good stretching pose! Keep the good work, i'll follow you from France 😊

I am an absolute beginner. I have dabbled in a few exercises such as squats and lunges ect. But I broke a bone in my foot and have only just started to feel recovered enough to begin excercising properly. I put on weight from not being able to get about and I am so ready to get rid of it! This regime pushed me and I will be back for more in a few days. I love how informative you are about how to do the excersises and the rests are a god send. Thank you for this video, it's helping me start my weight loss journey ♥️

I've been down on working out due to a hip injury for past 6 weeks so this was perfect for me to get back in (I was out of breath by end!) and modify when I could push myself or hold back and follow your lead. Love those 10 min. HIIT workouts when you don't want to devote an hour to a gym or long run! Thanks:-)

I'm a beginner and also a super lazy person and just about nothing ever motivates me to workout. After watching few of your videos, I'm just so excited about working out along with your video, you just make the workout routine so fun to do. I'm already 3 days in and I can't believe myself that I am doing it. I am glad I found your videos which I really enjoy following. Ahhh just in time! I was looking for workouts when someone mentioned doing HIIT, which I had never heard of. In the midst of my research I saw your previous HIIT Workout video then saw this one (and I'm glad I did). HIIT workouts have been AMAZING!!! I started off with your "10 min Full Body HIIT Workout - FAT BURNING" video and I've been doing that for about a week now. I can tell I've improved with stamina a lot. In the beginning, I was barely getting through them. But now, I think I'm doing a lot better! I should've started off with this video first though. I think I skipped to a harder one haha thank you so much for introducing me to HIIT workouts

Thanks for the awesome workout! I hope you continue to do weekly workout videos! For a new video, you should combine something like Abs and Arms, because those are two areas most people have problems with.

just wanted to say i'm so glad you posted this! I'm a 15, gonna be 16 soon, year old and want to lose weight and get in shape. Love this one. I am the complete opposite from athletic. I still cant quite get to the last one. I have to wait way more then 15 seconds. I've been working on it sense monday. hopefully tomorrow i will be able to get do the last one.

I love this workout so much! I just started exercising/intermittent fasting this past Friday (love your intermittent fasting vids too!), as I have about 30lbs (13.6kg) to lose. I struggled my first time doing this, but was able to do most of the exercises just slower. But the shoulder tap & the planking I could not do at all. I just did this for the 2nd time yesterday (I alternated the other days with bike & your workout on period video), and I did so much better! Not only could I do all the exercises this time, but I was sweating more/out of breath more because I was able to do them - so I got a better workout, and it made me excited to continue! So thanks so much already for the motivation :)

first day and nearly died doing this workout!!! Successfully did the 45 seconds routine for the first few parts until number 8 onward i was super beat already!!! Hopefully by the next few times I'll be doing it, i can already do the enire 10 course, 45 seconds each with ease!!! Much love for you!!! I'm already perspiring like an athlete.

Somehow I did this! Been on a big weight loss journey so far, down from 24st 4lbs to 19st 3lbs. I thought I would struggle doing this, but the hardest part was the burpees. Thank you for the awesome video, will try it daily now!

This helped me out so much! I used be so good at HIIT workouts until I started to get bored and lazy. I loved how good I looked when I did those workouts and I'm looking to get back on the band wagon. This was the perfect intro back into that world. It didn't seem too complicated or seem to expect too much from me. I'm glad I pushed through it.

Hey :) your workouts are great!!! They really get your heart pumping and body sweating!! only thing i could suggest is that during the rest time you show us what the next exercise is going to be. That way we wont waste any time of the 45 work out seconds looking at what the next exercise is going to be Thanks xx

I have been doing this work out everyday for the past few weeks now and wow! It really works! I already lost about 2kg now (combined with a diet). I remember how I barely made it through the first time. I was constantly pausing it, but it really does get easier over time so don’t give up, guys! Thank you so much for this workout :)

Doing this after that 10 mins ab was sooo hard lol couldn't do 45 secs straight of anything...but I can't wait to see my progress!

I was dying but I did all the exercises! The last one I couldn’t finish it because my legs was so heavy and my arms was Jelly ahahah but I love how I’m sweating right now! I hope I will love myself for all the works I’m doing 🙈 you are an inspiration ❤️

i've never loved any workout but this one. I am not quite a Beginner, however, i tend to feel very discouraged if i work out at home and the exercises are way way to exhausting. I do not like pushing myself too much since i only do exercise for fun and to stay healthy ( just keep myself active). Yeah so big thumbs up for this. I've been doing in this 3 times a week ( if i don't have time to hit the gym) for about 2-3 weeks now and I can tell that my body is more toned ( thanks to the gym too). Just want to let you know how much i love it!!!!

wow...I tried this workout this morning...I combined this with your Abs workout video too.. tomorrow I will try the previous HIIT video + this new HIIT video with Abs workout...see how was the outcome.I love your workout video...maybe you could share some workout we could do in hotel room while traveling? since the space is small..any idea what kind of workout we can do in hotel room? :)

Hey Emi..thanks for being there on you tube..you are the only trainer whose workouts I found that I can actually plan to do..I have not ever workes out in my life..my weight is around 200 lbs...this is the first HIIT that I will dare to take up.. how many times can we do this in a week and how much calories will it burn ? I am already doing your arms workout 5 days in a week and feeling so better.. thanks love from India ❤

Been doing this daily for a week now and everyday it's been getting a lot easier especially the burpees. My ass def. hurts but I love it! Your workouts are the only ones I can stick to & feel motivated to follow!

Im so tired rn my heart beats fast and im catching my breath but woah that was fun i took 20 minutes of my time and i feel like the work out has helped me alot and i am sweating intensly and its really worth it.. im planning on trying to loose weight in a week and so far its nice

This is the first ever workout video that i saw full! You are amazing . Though I couldn't get to the last ( was out of breath in the first 4 ones) since I have never worked out in my life but I will definitely get through it and share my results when I achieve my desired weight and fitness level. Its harder because I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for 4 years but I know eventually I will make it. Thankyou for this awesome video!! Loads of 💘 from India!!💋💋💋
