Happy new year everyone! ♥︎ Hope you had a wonderful start to the new year. I created a one year challenge for 2024: BODY DESIGN. It's made of 12 challenges (one per month) and I'll share the workout plans for these challenges weekly in the Community tab of my channel and on my Instagram stories.
