Mine is 100% the ski squat, it burns my legs but it’s so fun when you get into the rhythm 🤩💪🏻

Have been doing your workouts for about 4 months now.... absolutely love the short format and your video style is amazing.. clear, no long chats or boring introductions, I love the progress bar up the side and I adore how the title description tells you whether it's standing or not!! Thank you so much for being a rare gem on YT who makes workouts that are ACCESSIBLE (but still feel like a good work out / still sweating at the end!) You've made my start to exercising enjoyable and best of all, doable! Please keep it up!❤ I also think this would be great for my parents (late 50s and they want to start exercising/gaining strength). Would you consider making a series for this level? Thanks, Monika, for being one of the few fitness influencers on KZbin who consistently does low impact workouts. I have injured myself a few times with high impact workouts and I’m sticking to low impact from now on - it’s so much better on our joints, too. Sending my appreciation from Australia ❤

Being serious finding your Chanel helped me go back on having fun while working out. I used to work out with a lazy hace but that lasted just a week. You making moving so fun and Easy, as a community we appreciate it a lot .
