Your workouts suit me down to the ground! Fun and innovative but not too complicated. Your words are spare and always focused on coaching form and encouraging. I have a very physical job (nurse) and I need to stay strong, keep my stamina and be injury-free. My sister (also a nurse) is now a fan of yours too.

Wow! I’ve been doing her 15 minute barre arms and legs on different days and doing well. I did this for the first time today/ I had to go slower in some exercises. I’ll get there! This is a great and challenging workout! Thank you!

i thought i was ready for this and started with 5lb weights 😮💨😓 i quickly move down to my 3lb 😅 I am out of breath and sweat was pouring the first 5 minutes 😅🤣 did what i could and will be adding this to my weekly routine 💪🏾now time to do the 4 minute cool down. Thank you Mik 💜

Love, love, love Barre type strength workouts and this one is a real burner!!! Loved that this is full body with a concentration on the shoulders!! My shoulders are on 🔥!!!!! This was great! I have an old foot injury so I'm also making modifications to workout videos that include plank. It gets mentally tiring after awhile, when I'm just trying to workout my body! This standing workout was perfect for getting my heart rate up and helping me work specific muscles without aggravating old injuries
