Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

the workouts KILLED ME but !!! i was able to see instant results as soon as i finished my line going down the middle of my upper stomach was more prominent!! i will keep you guys updated ! today is my first day trying this! Day 1- not bad it was pretty good although i burned the skin off my elbows😭 (middle ab line more prominent ! ) Day 2- workout was a bit harder to get through because i was immensely sore but my stomach looked better and even flatter Day 3- got through the workout a bit easier middle stomach line more prominent Day 4- 11 line abs are coming in!! i can see them more clearer now (i’m doing this 11 line ab workout and another 10 minute video one)

I started working out two years ago, im 16 as of now. But trust me when i tell you, you will get stronger. When I started out with lilly I found it very difficult. And now i do multiple workouts of hers on my rest days to stay active! It gets easier trust me and you will definitely see results! Keep going guys! Proud of ya'll!!

I’ve already been doing this for three weeks, but for some reason it won’t let me edit my comment anymore so here’s my new comment, I am 13 years old I am 5 feet tall and 110 pounds i’m doing this work out, her inner thigh workout,her 5 minute flat stomach workout, her booty lift workout, and i’m running a lot for conditioning for track season coming up. I am also trying to eat less and be in a calorie deficit. i’m going to be doing this for eight weeks and I’ll update once a week. day 1:✅ day 2:✅ day 3:✅ day 4:skip i had a fever day 5:✅ day 6:✅ day 7:skip day 8:✅ day 9:✅ day 10:✅ day 11:✅ day 12:✅ day 23:✅ day 24:✅ day 25:skip day 26:✅ day 27:✅ day 28:practice was really hard today day 29:✅ day 30:✅ day 31:✅ day 32:✅

Had to do quite a lot of modifications on this one, as some of the exercises were not actually useful for abs and could be quite harmful to neck&back, so def not for beginners who dont know much about ab training, but some were ok and I'm glad there were no repeats.

Hey Uhm i just wanted to like ask for help So like idk when I workout my stomachs normal like even early in the morning it’s normal But then after I workout like 2 mins later it’s like im a Fricken balloon idk And like by the evening it’s like I’ve had an entire gallon of soda But im not even eating😭😭😭 If you have any idea wths going on please lmk

@@simrahmohammed4613 First off, you should be eating. A consistent, healthy diet is key. You could be experiencing bloating. It's normal to bloat and this could be because of eating, water intake, and menstrual cycle. I feel like it's nothing to worry about. 💗

i’m going to be doing this everyday for 2 weeks bc my goal is really just to tighten up my core atm. i’ll update you guys daily! beginning waist: 31” , beginning hips: 33” DAY 1: done ✅ , not too bad definitely felt the burn with some excercises. went by really fast! DAY 2&3: skipped yesterday so i did this video along with [kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpTKimOeqZ6Enrc] that video to make up for it. not special to say today :) day 4: still can’t do some of the movements, others becoming easier. my form is gradually getting better so that’s good. burn felt really good today 🔥

Noticed 2nd level ab line becoming more prominent. I love your workouts, they are hard work which is why I love them! However, I am 10 weeks postpartum and had a c-section so any crunches or plank are a no for me right now. Could you do a workout geared to postpartum mommies?

i know this is a late response, but she has some low burn workouts which still help and are easy on the stomach if thats what your looking for! i havent had a c-section before but i do those workouts on my period and they dont hurt as much.
