Doing this while on quarantine even if this is a video from years ago. I cannot believe it. In just 8 minutes my heart rate went up to 140 as per my apple watch. Thanks so much! Will always do this!

OH MY GOOOOD, Dear Kassandra, this was SO PLEASURABLE to discover among your videos!!! Please more of these!! I've totally underrated the shorter classes and thought it wouldn't give enough of a workout, haha, this was PERFECT. I'm sloooowly coming back to movement after giving birth and this got me sweaty and at ease in body and mind. MORE CLASSES LIKE THESE PLEASE

This is my go-to morning work out. Mornings can be tough with little kids running around and this is great to compress a high intensity workout in just 12 minutes!

I do this every morning as cardio instead of running and I love it, more relaxing and I still feel like I'm still getting the same benefit as compared to running :)

Any form of exercise, be it yoga or running will definitely help with anxiety the key is to breathe well and be mindful about the workout..do it consistently it will definitely help for sure!

I love doing this cardio workout after one of Kassandra’s 10-minute morning stretch videos. Great way to start the day. On a good day, I’ll do her 30-minute Iron Yoga workout later in the day.

I have been practicing different style of yoga over 10 years now but on and off. Your video helped me practicing every 6/7 days over the last 6 months. This one is one of my favorite, together with the 40 min intermediate class power vinyasa with crow pose. I have 30 mins in the morning and would love to be able to combine 20 mins hiit with 10 min of difficult pose like crow pose. I haven’t found that amongst your videos. If you can make one like that, it would brighten my mornings. Great great thanks for what you do !

What a great practice. Such high intensity, great when you need a short workout. I have done a lot of yoga and am pretty fit, but this always pushes me. Love it.

When I discovered Yoga with Kassandra and started a daily practice, I immediately quit smoking: I just couldn't do both so I chose yoga! Now, 5-6 months later, cardio is still not easy for me but it's not impossible and I'm so grateful for my body's healing and cleansing that allows me to do cardio AT ALL. This class was definitely a challenge! But there's much to celebrate also. THANK YOU!

I've been doing Yoga with Kassandra in last 2-3 months, almost everyday. I usually just pick random video with 10-15 minutes length, and this is the hardest and the most intense one. I barely able to keep up with her and need to pause the video couple times just so that my breath can catch up. Anyway really good cardio exercise.

I have created a 30-day KZbin workout video challenge for myself where I do a different workout video every day for 30. I organised them in 5-day rotations 1. HIIT video 2. Pilates/Toning 3. Focused Workout (like on arms, abs, glutes) 4. Restorative Yoga or Yoga for stretching for rest days 5. Dance or PiYo workout My hope is to find workouts that I actually like and to develop an at home routine in addition to classes I may take. This was the fifth HIIT routine and I really liked it. I love yoga, I have discovered when working out at home I do like shorter routines.. just about anything under 30 minutes so this was definitely perfect time wise. Thank you for doing this!! Once I complete my challenge I will be looking for more of your videos.

wow this is really great, i felt sweaty and heartrate up after only 10 min, plus i got good stretching in. im really trying to work my neck/upper back muscles to improve my posture, and theres a lot of neck ups in this for that
