Loving the 10 minute quick workouts. Much easier to commit to during my day. I do three of them, one in the morning/afternoon/evening and "voila", done with 30 minutes requirement for my day!

Monday is a hard day because I do a cardio workout with Lauren in the morning and then another cardio workout before lunch. But this Monday is doubly fun and doubly rewarding with double the cardio. The new cardio is wonderful, very concise and pleasant. Thank you so much Lauren!

Excited to give this workout a try!! Found your channel a few months ago and it’s changed my life. I sustained a nerve damage injury after college and was only doing my physical therapy exercises. I really wanted to get back into working out. But I didn’t know how to get back into regular workouts safely. I found your channel and tried a couple of the walking workouts first and loved them and felt safe doing them. Next tried your Pilates and loved those even more, tried your strength videos and again they were wonderful! I’m so happy to have found your channel and feel very lucky that I now have access to great and safe workouts that make me feel strong! Thank you Lauren for all you do! 😊

Thes are great especially throughout the day, pausing whatever to hit a 10 minute wake up! I have great 1.5 hour early morning cardio hilly hikes and even a 10 min upper body/core/stretch to give a ending have been great! Especially for us retired Boomers whose prior work were daily physical! So, these inbetweens have been great for me!

I didn’t feel like working out today. I decided to do a 10 min. workout. It felt great! So I did 2 more 10 min. workouts. The 10 min. workout got me to take the 1st step. The difference between getting movement or getting none. Thank you for all the variety & different timed workouts.

Hi Lauren - I usually do your 30 min programmes Mon to Fri at 6am (I work from home usually!) but this and next week I am going in to work and worried that I would lose out on my fitness! Where do I start? I am 70 years of age and want to start an exercise routine. I am in fairly good health but do get short of breath. I see the 10 minute exercises and some are specifically labelled for seniors. Do I do all of them or just the seniors ones? And then when done do I just start again? Does one video give me exercise for cardio, balance, strength and stretching? Heard I should do exercise for all of this. I am doing more research than exercise cause I want to start off on the right foot. I am so confused to know where to start and where to go from there.
