Been doing this workout for almost a month now. TBH, the first 3 days were super difficult especially for someone who doesn’t really do workouts everyday. But as time goes by, this feels like a routine already. Down to my 1st month and I’m really seeing a very good result. Thank you so much for sharing this routine.

Day 1: the last exercise was IMPOSSIBLE and felt like I couldn’t accomplish the workout in its trust form Day 2: a little sore from yesterday but I pushed through. Had better form than yesterday! Day 3: still sore but it felt more routine and the workout was easier in general. Still can’t do the crab walk and the last exercise non stop though!

Hey the last one is the hardest . Doing this exercise from nearly a week now and it's really good . I just hope I can make make it up to the last exercise . Atleast for now I am skipping it 😅

Lol, I used to pull my muscles on the daily. That’s when I stop and just stretch, and for the next two days I stretch out my leg muscles and work out arms and abs. Then I come back to legs and work out as much as I can. I think I’m about a month in and haven’t pulled a butt muscle for the last two weeks and was able to watch through the whole vid! 🎉 You’ll get there 💪😤🦵

no you're doing it wrong unless you seriously never move and have bad mobility i suggest you do some mobility stretches before and after!!

These will build and strengthen muscle, which will give a tighter and more lifted effect. If you are also losing lots of weight, you may lose fat which could give the appearance that your hurt is smaller (depending on whether you carry much weight there in the first place, and where your body tends to burn fat from, which is largely genetic). Unless you’re dramatically losing fat from your butt due to overall weight loss, in due time (patience is key), your butt will look more lifted, perky, firm, and juicy. Genetics, timing and protein intake will play a role in the extent you build enough muscle for it to appear significantly larger. If you do this every day for the rest of your life your booty will get noticeably bigger, not just tighter and lifted. But for some people that process of growing it’s size will be relatively slow.
