Having cellulite, although completely normal, does indicate a form of unhealthiness. Cellulite forms when the connective tissue degrades, muscle atrophy occurs, and adipose tissue becomes so excessive that it “pokes” out. Its also worsened by poor circulation which leads to fluid buildup, and also high oestrogen levels. It is nothing to be ashamed of but really it is something we should try to prevent/heal.

Cellulite is caused by distribution of fat under your skin. Burning fat helps to minimize the appearance of the dimples, but doesn’t necessarily redistribute fat to give a smoother appearance (unless you lose ALL your fat). In addition to exercising you can also do foam rolling and dry brushing to help stimulate plasticity/regeneration in the area of concern.

Hey Emi, I wish I had found you 2yrs back when I received a hip injury in Army, alot of your exercises are exactly what I have been showen over months to help me get back to just walking without a limp, the way you put together your exercises would have been great for me to have something to follow, as it's so much harder to keep a routine when your thrown a bunch of exercises to remember by a physio to do alone with no support. But glad to have found your videos now, as I'm still struggling with my injury and now weight, having gone from army fit at 56kg at age 20 of injury, to 2yrs later at 64kg shaking at a single leg lift. Literally started crying halfway into one of your 30min workouts that was very similar to my physio just cause of how much I feel I have lost. If you ever looking for a target audience, people in physiotherapy would definitely be a go to, to work with physios and put together videos for patients would be amazing I think.

I started this workout 6 days ago Day 1 ✅ - it was easy at first but you can feel the burn!! Day 2 ✅- it felt harder for my thighs but was burning! Day 3 ✅ - i didn't have much energy but i stood positive and continue! Day 4 ❌ - i was tired!! Day 5✅ - good workout! Day 6 ✅- started seeing process!! But I'll definitely continue doing this ! Day 7 ✅- it was the same but tired! I started doing more workouts then just this! Day 8 ✅- done! Day 9 - I was doing different workouts! But same channel as Emi Day 10 ✅- I'm boomed out (i could see a difference!!! Day 11 ❌ Day 12 ❌ Day 12❌ Day 13 ❌ Day 14 ✅

I’ve started to do this workout some time ago. I really like it. Today I’ve made a decision to start doing it 4-5 days a week for a month to have better result. 19.08. ✅ 20.08. ✅ 21.08. I will be doing this workout for one or two weeks! Day one: completed ✅ I definitely felt the burn. Had a struggle on only two exercises but most I got through them! Day two: sorry to inform y’all :( but I’m gonna skip today just bc I’m mega sore and Ik i will give up. The workout was so good I was dying at work so I’ll take a hit tomorrow!

Best way is prevention. Keep in shape. Keep exercising. There's no cure for cellulite. I rarely hear any true testimonials of getting rid of cellulite unfortunately. But I'll try this.
