I’m a student in Japan, and your yoga practice KZbin is so helpful for my hard study everyday I do 10-15min yoga practice every morning and it keeps me focusing my study in a whole day

I've been having a hellish time with a tight left knee (leftover from my broken femur 2 years ago) and a strained right hip flexor (recurrent running problem) and this hit the spot!

Been doing this most mornings for the last couple of weeks. I t was hard for me to reach my right foot without making some adjustments. Today it was a simple reach back. Step by step, day by day. Thanks for this! ❤

I did this one this morning and it was good. I liked the transition from lizard to pigeon. And what a difference staying up during the quad stretch instead of putting my head down! I usually automatically rest my head but I like the extra stretch by keeping up in the back bend. That was a great modification. I started my day with some leg stretches in bed to help loosen up my tight right side hip. Thank you Kassandra!

"Productive" which I use too frequently...This is a brilliant short session. My job is office based with too many hours on a chair and this practice really stretched the muscles that don't get enough activity during the day. When I can do the Lizard pose with forearms on the mat and not tense up, I know I'm nearly where I need to be. I'll be looking for a similar practice to this for 30 mins I think. Loved it, thanks Kassandra!

I really enjoy these short practices… hips, lower back, legs! and even upper body short practices. I am an RN and do them quickly before work and on the weekends…. so invaluable to me! Thank you kassandra for putting out these videos!!!

Exactly the practice I needed today! My hips and quads were really troubling me and it's one of those last beautiful days of fall so I took my mat out on the deck. I feel sooooo much better physically and spiritually. Thanks Kassandra!
