Ok LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I loveeee the 20 minute express workouts that have no repeats! Time flies by and I always feel amazing after. More like these 😍 I’d also love to see some more workouts with bangles (arms and ankle options) if you have any recommendations. You’re my favorite to watch and workout with so I’d love to see some workouts from you for those! Even some booty exercise band workouts :)

This was such a great workout! Ever since I have started working out again with your videos, I feel excited to workout and have been able to maintain working out a few times a week. This is week four of woking out and people have asked me if I have been working out! I work second shift and just did this one after work. I loved how you incorporated the stretches after the workout because I am so bad about stretching afterwards and I always feel tense later on in the week. Thank you so much!

I found your workouts recently, and have enjoyed every one, as each movement is only for 45 seconds before going on to the next (otherwise I tend to get bored if exercises are too repetitive). The warm-up and cool-down is also great as otherwise people could go into an exercise without doing this (not great). Definitely include more 20 minute workouts as sometimes I don't have longer to workout but want to do something. I also like that weights are used throughout so this is building my strength up without realising it, and have moved on to slightly heavier weights!
