Not going to let a 2 year old running around me and a 34.5 week old human in my belly keep me from RAWRing with you! Ok, so it was more of a "growl" than a "RAWR" but I do my best! I can still do mini jumps/hops but my core is in no position for plank anything, but it's ok, because I just substitute with a different pregnancy-friendly move from one of your other videos. I love the huge variety in workouts - you have a video for anything I'm looking to do that day!

I tried another trainer this morning but got so bored even in the warm up so I went back to Miss Kat who always has fun, challenging workouts that I LOVE TO DO !! RAWR loved the workout I had to modify some moves but I still had a great fun workout !! as usual with Kat old young lady of NYC

And all caught up! 🤗💪 It may have been only 20 minutes, but 20 minutes of tabata going all out is definitely a sweatfest!! Loved it, as always. Did my best on the ninjas, no hands, got one leg up, but no worries, I'll get both legs to go up sooner or later. I followed it up with 50 minutes of yoga and feel awesome!! Can't wait to warriorRAAWR crush week 2! You go, girl!! So glad you started a 30 day challenge so that we can work out together every day!!!

Enjoying this 30-day challenge. Hit an exercise today that I can't do... YET! Jumping to feet from kneeling... a no go for me today but I will work on conquering it!

So much sweat in just 20 minutes! As always, I’m impressed by your ability to speak throughout the entire workout. Sometimes it’s all I can do just breathe, never mind be informative and amusing at the same time! Can’t wait for day 5.💪❤️✌️

Girl I am sore but I did it! No worries I’m coming back to the leg and booty day from day 3. I had to do this workout today because I actually worked legs and booty in the gym and to skip yesterday’s workout. (Training a coworker*) Happy Thursday! I won’t stop until I’ve completed all 30 days tho!😁

Rawr! I started Day 1 but missed the mention of 'dumbbells' which I unfortunately do not have yet. So once you started with the dumbbells I skipped to this no-equipment workout instead! Thanks - made me chuckle saying "Hi" to my knees XD Hopefully I'll get a hold of some dumbbells again soon!

Still here and still in 💜 with your workout style Kat. Found me a funny weak spot today. Always knew my left leg was the week one but now i know its also the silly one 🙃 During those heel tap jumps it just wanted to imitate my right leg. It was pretty funny, had me doing weird knee jumps!! Looking forward to tommorows upper body... aka: my legs need a day off 😉. Raaaawrr 👊✌

I love your workouts and the variety. I don't get bored and they go so fast. I figured out that it works best for me to combine two days at a time so I did 3 and 4, with my vest!

day 4 completedddd, omg how did this feel longer than the other workouts?? whaaaat?? either way, this time i'm definetly a sweaty mess. the one leg jumps at the end were so hard because my rhythm sucks!! but i finished it anyways. your kind words help me to do better , and i hope to someday be as strong as you! love & kisses ♡♡

Completed 1/4/19 w/Neil -- he says this was his favorite of the WarrioRAWR challenge. He liked all the movements and thought it was super fun. For me, I wasn't as excited about the cardio, but I tried my best. ^__^

I hadn't realized how much my body changed after having a baby last summer. Omg~ Like. Dude. My freakin shin bones were killer anytime I had to jump up and down. My hips are super tight too. I adore you! Thank you so much for being my workout buddy

I've been doing your videos for about a year now and love them! I thought I'd start the year off with this challenge and convinced a coworker to do it with me. Any chance you'll be doing another 30 day challenge soon?? It's fun having a different workout to look forward to. Usually I just do the same 7 workouts week after week.

Enjoyed as a pre-work workout, better to get it in before I'm too busy! I adjusted the kicks because I have a higher body weight and joint issues to step taps.

.To build up my leg strength I'm adding in lunges and squats. But I have bad balance and don't feel my feet well. Would yoga help? Maybe more calf work?

Yoga can be awesome for stability work! Even things like standing on one foot for a certain amount of time (whether having a wall or stable pole next to you to hold on to or not) and then progressing to standing on one foot and adding front kicks. Keep adding different progressions as you get better at stability! The best way to get better at stability is to practice it!

Awesome! I really need to find a ninja tuck tutorial, because so far I can't convince my body to do that, and every video I watch is just like "and then you swing your arms and hips forwards and there you are!". I'll get it one day, though!

YASSS, you will! Try planting your hands on the floor to help you jump up. It will help your body to learn the feeling and also learn how to use the correct muscles in order to get a full ninja tuck!

Enjoyed this! Has some difficulty with most of the moves simply because I'm in an upstairs apartment. And I started at 5:30am 😬🤷‍♀️ Tapped out and stepped what I could and then did some time on the elliptical to get my heart rate going more. Looking forward to the rest of the challenge!
