You are one of my fave KZbin workout people. I appreciate how you use proper form and stand so that viewers can see exactly what you are doing. Please make more "no jumping" videos 35 to 45 minutes. Thank you! I'm 60 and have minor arthritis in my left hip, but yes I keep up and can do all the ones that walk forward/backward using hands!

I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! The compound exercises and the routine that you put together is wonderful. Also love the music. I wanted to say that one of the best features of your videos is that you talk and cue throughout the class. I find it very frustrating when other KZbin videos are only the exercises with music and a counter but no cueing. I truly think that it is extremely important to have connection with your students by cueing and every cue that you give is exactly what is necessary, for example straighten your back or soften your knees and giving encouragement that you give is really wonderful. I think that your cueing and your style of teaching our exquisite! I am looking forward to more videos and even more cueing throughout the workout if possible! Thank you so much. 🔆

This one in particular was a great bicep and arm workout. I try and do a few wo a week and i can feel my strength improving. I've gone from mainly 4kg dumbbells to 5kg and on single dumbell 7kg or 8kg. Love all the workouts Mik does.

I am new to your workouts and have really been enjoying them. I appreciate being able to fit in a 25 minute workout after coming home from work, walking my dog and prepping dinner.
