This was the perfect workout after not being able to workout for a few weeks. I just moved across the country. Between packing, driving, unpacking, reorienting in a new place, and starting a new job, my body is really fragile right now. However, I needed to get the blood pumping and sweat going while still protecting my joints and stomach. This was perfect, thank you.

Anna, The "side v up hold" almost killed me today, this was really killer,hard and I also stopped the workout 💪💪 at the middle but I always remember Anna's quote that " u can't grow when u r comfortable" and that's why I started doing it again and didn't give up, much, much 🥰🥰 thanks a lot Angel:)

I got covid two days ago and haven't been able to workout because of the intense fatigue and headaches, this workout got me out of bed and I'm so happy ❤ can't wait to be fully recovered so I can go back to working out with Anna everyday

If u have covid, please avoid any strenuous exercises atleast fpr 3 months. Light walking is only recommended.

Please don't. I thought I had recovered from Covid after a week bc the symptoms were gone, so I started low impact exercise again, but the symptoms flippin came back. Now I'm stuck with a sore throat, cough and fatigue 2 weeks after Covid. You need to be more careful! This disease is nothing like the infections we used to have and our usual experiences don't apply to it

Because of Ramadan and fasting, I was searching for a workout with no jumps, And viola anna never fails to amaze me. Not only there is no jumping but the way my heart rate increased and the sweetness was immense overall it's a great workout thanks

Wow pretty intense one even if it was a low impact. The combo of plank at the start of round 2 were really hard and V holds I was shaking 20 seconds feel like an entire minute. Thank you so so so much Anna for everything !!!

Hi Anna, I'm doing now your exercises regularly since more than 3 years. Had a problem with my knee (arthritis) since 10 years, so I decided mostly for the exercises without jumping. They were really great. All of them! Last year in May I had my knee surgery and got an 'new one' ...; since September I'm back in training again. It works wonderfully.
