This is one of my fav full body pilates as it combined some cardio as well. I am 53, bad knees, twice broken leg, cancer and can still do these amazing workouts. Thank you.

Whenever I do workouts of other KZbinrs, I feel as if it's been an eternity since I started. It's so boring. But with lilly, it's as if time flies. She motivates me so much. @@deannaschunkewitz724if you are following her for a while, you probably know that she has an app Lean with Lilly and she created 8 week long challenge LEAN Empowered Method (LEM) where we get workout plan for 8 weeks in a row. Lilly!!!!! What a fiyahhh day 1! Tucked my kiddo into bed and I had to hit play and get some me-time! Love love love!!!! The control and focus of the moves and the routine!!! I'm so EXCITED for LEM! The LTM and LSM were phenomenal! And if this is just day 1, I'm curious to say the least on what you guys have in store for us over the 56 days!!!! For anyone on the fence about joining. First thing is that there's no such thing as spot training or losing fat in specific areas, meaning you will lose weight it just may or may not happen fast like you want it to. So my advice would be, train well (do the LEM and LEAN app programmes) and eat well balanced because nutrition is absolute key. And secondly, I firmly believe that LEAN app workouts are suitable all fitness levels, I'd suggest for anyone younger than 16, to run it by an adult/professional to make sure it's okay for them to do as I cannot or am not qualified to say so. But to answer your first question, yes you do slim down and you tone and build definition over time. The LEAN app programmes deliver this ☺️. And especially the 8 week programmes that use the LEAN Method get you this ☺️

I love your videos, I have been a fan since april 2020, from the first lives during lockdown. You helped me back then a lot. Due to my exams, I had one-year gap from exercising and here I am back with your videos. It is hard, I remember counting more then 15 burpees in a minute, now I can barely do 9..I hear you in the background as always shouting at us "double the pace, faster, faster, faster"..I lay down barely breathing because this is what one year gets out of me. I started with the playlists back from 2021, I feel like I need more education in my program. I would really want to try the lean app, but I read some bad reviews regarding the fact it does not work good on android. Does anyone around here have the app on a Samsung/Motorola whatever phone uses android and does not have any issues? Thank you!!

That was really amazing! I've been doing your workouts to rehab from Cushing's Disease. The extra lbs droped off naturally after surgery but rebuilding muscle and core strength has been WORK! Because I've been in recovery, I've just been doing the youtube vidoes but I did this all the way through - it burned like heck but I was keeping up so maybe its time for the app now! Thank you for being part of my story, Lilly! I posted photos in your Facebook group over the summer! I'm even more tone and strong since then.
