Absolutely! This 30 minuter is 6 rounds but 4 rounds is tough for 20 minutes or 5 rounds for 25 minutes. Worth a try??!

Duncan, this was BRUTAL. You made it look easy though! I admit I started doing about 2/3 to 1/2 your pace - I simply could not keep up with the continuous squat jumps, and star jumps (especially the one minute surprise at the end!). I believe that being humbled is a very valuable lesson in life. Thank you, sir, for humbling me today!

@@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo9329 Hi Duncan! No - I've been really inconsistent in my workout recordings, for far too long! For that workout I was at my girlfriend's house, in the backyard, and did not take any time to setup my phone to record. Also, I completely skipped my regularly scheduled Sunday workout yesterday, in favor of spending all day installing a dishwasher in my house. Not like me... and a poor excuse, but that's the reality! I will haze myself later ; )
