Can you make a 10 minute program 2.0 like you did last year around this time?!? Or even 15-20 minutes no repeats are so efficient 😊 🙏🏻

Yes. I still do the 10 min series as combo or if I have no time or just to squeeze a cardio/arm for the day

I loved this 30 minute ab burn workout. It was very good and I will do it 1-2 times every week to have a nicely shaped belly after postpartum.🥰🥰🥰
