Oh wow!!! What a spicy one for sure!!🌶🔥 this was my first time using a weight with the squat roll back and I was able to do it without struggling!! Vera, you’re the best!

Oh. My. Gosh. 😳 I apparently finally mastered the cossack squat and combined with all the deadlifts and others…lol! I did this workout yesterday and can hardly walk today 😂 I’ve NEVER had this kind of soreness in inner/upper thighs! Thank you Vera! I think 🥴😂👏🏼

Great job crushing it, Julie!! Make sure you drink some extra water & get some extra protein to help with the soreness! The Cossack squat is probably my favorite lower body mobility exercise, but definitely takes some getting used to.

Another great workout 🏋🏾‍♀️ completed ✅. Another win 🏆 for me as I was able to use my 20 lbs, my 25 lbs and my 30 lbs again today 😊💪🏾. The first set was really different. I tried to do it with proper form. I will definitely try to do these exercises again. The squat pulses and the roll back at the end 🔥🥵. I had to lower my weight to keep a proper form. Oh yes before I forget. Guess who was able to finally perform a Reverse Nordic Curl without feeling awkward? ME 😊. Stretching session for me now 🙆🏾‍♀️. Once again great job Vera👏🏾 and thank you 😊 🙏🏽

Woo hoo!! I am feeling sooooo flipping proud of myself right now because I was able to do the last exercise in the burnout with the weight and I was controlled and woo hoo!!!! That particular exercise kicked my hurt the first time I did it and I was so mad I couldn’t do it even without the weight, I had to help myself. Then later on in one of the programs you did it without the weight and I was able to do it and so I was sooo happy but today when I seen there was weight I was ready to see if I could do it and I did!!! Hahahha, I’m a dork but a strong one 😝😝. Vera, you are the best! I’m not sure you are human, I believe you are part robot because everything you do is so perfectly controlled but you are the bomb! Thanks for everything!

Completed this today to, this was much fun honestly loved it. Tried to maximize lifting heavier, used 20 kg sandbag for squats and side lunges should have probably gone heavier. For the squat and roll back used x1 12.5kg and used the modified move but could nearly stand well lift my arse off the floor. Thank you so much your workouts are well designed and really enjoyable cannot wait to start Alta. but one day at a time. Thank you Vera.

Hi vera. Hope you're fine. I'm following you and doing all your exercise for 1.5 month. Your variation of exercises suits me very well as I can't do jumping or extreme cardio due to my asthma issue. Take my love from Bangladesh ♥️. I have a question❓ if I am doing legs today and next day upper body workout (from your upper body and lower body workout),does this exercises hitting my abs also? Or I have to do abs workout separately? 😔

I would recommend following the program as posted! We do core and abs work every week! I don’t do any additional workouts from what I already post. You’re going to do great!!

You didn't say that you were a certified trainer in your channel description, but your workouts look professional to me. Are you sure you don't have any certifications?

I am certified. That’s just the least impressive of my qualifications so I never talk about it. I also don’t take on individual clients so it feels a bit silly to talk about a personal trainer certification. Anyone can get certified online in like 4 weeks with zero knowledge of science or metabolism. But I actually have a chemical engineering degree, a law degree, experience working with multiple pharmaceuticals / metabolic diseases, and multiple years of training while fencing 🤺 plus working with several trainers for years after. So talking about being a CPT is silly to me 🙂

Hi! I am a bit confused: aren't we supposed to keep the dumbbell close to our legs when doing RDLs? 27:36

There’s definitely some arguments on this in the fitness community. But for stiff leg RDLs, I find it more beneficial to keep them further away, it’s really a difference of maybe 2-3 inches. For stiff leg, I reach for my toes, for regular RDLs - I reach for my shins. The different dumbbell position gives you a better range of motion in your back & hamstrings when you keep your legs stiff. Hope that helps!

Do you like RDL’s? Then this workout is for you! 😁 Never fear, it’s not all RDL’s, but a great sequence of exercises to strengthen your lower body. Don’t forget to push yourself. Yes, you will sweat all over the place, and, yes, you will be breathing hard. But don’t give up. How good does it feel to accomplish a tough weight session, you ask???
