I was 15 when I started doing this workout everyday and could barely keep up with the video even with pauses between exercises, it's been either a month or two (didn't count the days). I'm 16 now and can do it without any pauses or major form breaks. Now I'm in the habit of exercising (though I can't say I didn't skip some days) and gathering equipment to start going to the gym before school. This definetly works, it's beginner friendly and you memorise the routine so fast you only need the music to tell you when to stop at a certain point which is good if you can't be bothered to move your phone so you can see it every other position. Sincerely, thank you for making this video, it's changed my life and I'm sure it will continue to change other's as well.

As someone who doesn’t workout and needs to lose a lot of weight to just be healthy, this is perfect as a way to get into a daily routine. Because no matter if I’ve got 2 hours before school or 45 minutes I HAVE TIME TO DO IT. *Bonus:* No comments about pushing yourself or “you can do it”s that fall flat and feels patronising. Just a simple workout starting immediately. LOVE IT!

Love this workout no talking just doing! I have been doing for a few months now and feel better when I do it! Thanks Louis! Being 60 I don't expect to look as good as you do! But I can still try too! Watching you do It with no struggle is inspiring as it is not so easy as it looks!

Just know that this body wasn't built doing these kinds of routines but took a lot of good nutrition and probably lifting weights or calisthenics for around 2 hours every 4/5 days

Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm currently following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in three weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha

I did it while my lower leg was on the floor...bent - some of us will hurt ourselves trying to do EXACT positions. End up in the ER or something like that...lol! Otherwise, this is a great video!

As a 6ft 1 guy who is over 110+ kg, hasn't done a single workout ever, this workout was the most difficult set of movements I have ever done, couldn't even finish the last one. I'm going to keep doing this everyday, I need to get into shape, I'm tired of being the fat wholesome guy.

I will do this workout every morning to warm up my body after class, because my body get stiff in the virtual meetings staying sitting for 7+ hours

This is amazing for me because when i am studying with pomodoro technique like 50 min work then 10 min break so in that break i do this workout. its really good. thanks

I love the video, It’s short and can be done in apartments, it’s helps a lot in getting started with something I can actually complete and doesn’t require that immense initial improvement of 30+ minutes and gym. Hopefully I will be able to finish this with proper shape in a month
