As a person who spends 85% of my time on the road, I’m restricted to “fitness centers” in these hotels, so just dumbbells is perfect for my lifestyle! And every other weekend when I’m in my home gym, I can really kill it! Let’s go!!

Hey Midas! The last great playlist you need to make is a full 1 hour “build muscle” PPL plan! I would love to see, I usually try to keep my training 1 hour so I would follow along!

Cool stuff, Good job, have you consider creating a adjustable bench fullbody dumbbell workout series, more so for people that may struggle with standing exercises, perhaps due to back issues or shoulder...etc

I tried some of the workouts and i really enjoyed them ! thank you! However i find it a little too short for me, is a 20 25 min WO really can make us gain muscle ? do you have, or plan to do longer workout in the future ? Thank you a lot for your hard work :)

What if you are just starting and can’t finish the full work out can you still get results?

Yes. If you can’t finish the full workout than I would recommend just doing what you can. Eventually, you will build enough strength to do more. Since you aren’t doing the full thing, results may be slower but it will still happen with time and effort
