It seems like a majority of your viewers are women but as a man who is a runner, does conventional weight training, and wants to improve my balance and strengthening all over, this was fantastic! Love, love this challenge Jacquelyn! I had been doing another Ballet KZbin workout video for about a year, and decided I needed a change, when I saw yours. I just had my 73rd birthday and love that I'm doing your video's and keeping up the pace! I'm totally enjoying the variety and especially the challenge you present. I feel sooo strong and good after your videos! Just amazing! Its been almost 2 weeks of doing yours, and I see a definite muscle tone building in my thighs and arms. Oh my, my obliques and derrière definitely feeling the burn and they're a little sore! That's okay, that just tells me I'm doing it right! I also love how "real" you are.....hearing you breathe, and how you push right along with your viewers is a bonus! I look forward to working out with your videos. I'm also pushing to achieve the full 5 min releve workout....I'll get there. It's not as easy as it looks, lol!! Thank you Jacquelyn

I wish I could like this video a thousand times. This has been my go-to workout for years. I'll do something different for awhile, but then I always come back to this. It's by far my favorite for being a true full-body workout, and one that, when done properly, does not leave you in pain. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!!!!

This was exactly what I needed! I’ve been missing barre so much and I have 3 kiddos under 3 right now so I can’t attend a class. All the other barre videos I’ve done on KZbin have been boring and yours are challenging and fun. The zoom ups in the beginning are strange but I’m glad I stuck it through because the leg segment was 🔥 thank you! I’m so excited to try more of your videos!

I used to take bar method classes and absolutely loved it. Best workout ever. Started classical ballet when I was 5 but discontinued taking lessons 10 years later although Ive always loved it. Last year I moved to a place where there’s no BM anywhere near and I’m noticing that my posture is suffering. So happy I found you. ❤️❤️ thank you so much.

This was so much sweatier, harder and funnier i expected! Definitely my favorite barre workout so far!! It tests all strenght, mobility and balance which is so great, and also really targets all the muscles! Good job ❤❤

This one hands down the best. I felt this one really good. The burn, the heart rate, I'm sweating. I had to really look at her to make sure I was doing the movements correctly. Kinda how people watch me to see if I'm doing it correctly as well. It's mostly mental right. And if you do it the right way. It strengthens the individual. I enjoyed it a lot. It was one of my favorite exercises with different movements. I would like to be able to lift weights again. But I think body weight is phenomenal as well thank you ❤😂🎉 My body is shaking cuz of the muscle fatigue. That means I work my body kudos to me❤

I did it today and omg I felt it , usually I don’t feel anything or till the next day. This motivating to me because I know my will change. I do 15 hit workout after to fat burning and this workout for toning and shaping so as I lose weight I will tighten and shaping my body
