Want to learn how to train your legs and back outdoors? A great option would be an American (dead) kettlebell jerk. This exercise can be called an analogue of deadlift in outdoor conditions, because it is performed in the same amplitude. but you still need to lift the weight above yourself. The exercise differs from a jerk of the bar in that we do not use a pelvic knock in the middle of the movement, but rather powerfully undermine the kettlebell with our feet.
