Week 1 is starting! We have prepared a full 8-week exercise series with dear Hatice Özderya.
Our first week consists of a workout you can do at home without equipment. All you need in this workout is motivation and accompanying us. If you have difficulty, do one set on the first day, two sets on the second day, and 3 sets on the remaining days...
We will be using a different piece of equipment every week. Equipment you will need for 8 weeks; Mat, Dumbbell, Elastic Band, Mini Ball and Gliding (or tiny towel) ...
There are 6 different moves in each workout during this series. Each workout consists of 3 sets. You need to repeat the workouts shared every week at least 4 days in the same week. You can reach your goal very quickly if you eat healthy, sleep well and drink plenty of water with your regular workouts. Set your goal now and accompany us!
