One of the great insights given in this meditation is the realization that stress is unavoidable and resilience begins with accepting the challenge of feeling stressed and remaining clear-headed enough to find ways, to find your ways, to deal with the stress, and learn your way to personal growth. Correction: Resilience begins by becoming aware of your breath! Relax! Create some space in your mind! Then identify in your mind what is stressing you! Be strong and flexible!
